Marvellous production!
Never a boring scene. Short and sweet The modern setting is not off-putting as it often can be in opera

On another note I would've loved if ROH had kept Kaufmann on for Turandot
I know he performs Nessun Dorma quite a lot. Wonder why he hasn't taken on the full opera before

I might ring up tomorrow for tickets See if there are any returns
Not sure if there's any point Because I will probably pass out as soon as Kaufmann comes on stage

They need to do more marketing Like Tap dance down Oxford Street Tap dance along the central line platform during rush hour Tap dance in the British library Tap dance the isles during performances of Wicked Get Russell Tovey to tap dance Tap dance at parliament square on election day Tap dance around the tea section in Fortnums Cmon guys There was a van driving around the WE on Saturday plastered in The Girls ads and blaring out "Yorkshire". Sung by Gary Barlow, naturally. I would shout BOOOOOOO

I work at the Shard. Was meant to finish at 11pm Fire alarm went off at 10 30, Saw some boys running we thought they had set off the alarm for a laugh
My colleague checked his Twitter 10 minutes later and found out about the incident We evacuated immediately It was very scary walking through the streets Tons of sirens and helicopter above
Meant to be working tomorrow but I feel too shaken Mood on the tube home was very mellow Couldn't stop crying when I saw my mum
Safely home now

Well, obviously! But that's my point, the checks I have undergone are totally insufficient to find anything suspicious. agreed! my bag is filled with all sorts of sh*t they never see how do they know from a quick glance that I dont have a bazooka stored under my tesco meal deal methinks security presence is much more for face/deterrence rather then to actually find anything I bet security is much more tight if you look a certain way...

Also at £2.50 for a bottle of water I'm pretty sure I need to take out a mortgage for that Ahhhhhh the good old days when I used to live in China 10p a bottle...Pretty sure I would sooner die than pay £2.50 Remember that scene in Slumdog Millionnaire when they're filling up bottles from a filthy tap and selling them to tourists? 😬 Seeing the show on saturday. Finally! Can't wait 😊 Ah No in supermarket and small shops it's that price as well!
Actually if you try buy water from a street vendor as a foreigner they will try charge you £1! Still not a lot but compared to 10p... Luckily I can haggle in Chinese hehe

I want my body to be wheeled around the cemetery by Russell Tovey, to the sound of 'The Trolley Song' - Meet Me in St Louis Nice idea, but I would rather be trollied WITH Russell Tovey whilst I am alive!!!! Russell can be Judy (wig mandatory) My family can be the extras The priest can have a metal triangle to do the 'clang clang clang' 'ding ding ding' and 'zing zing zing'
