Speaking of the Criterion, I reckon a transfer of Albion after its brief run at the Almeida

Very true, but considering it’s going to Toronto to that barn of theatre and it has a stint before a time gone by st the Noël coward (then the Albery) pretty sure savoy is a middle ground! Anyway as I said what do I know?!...😜

Could it be the long awaited transfer of Anastasia that was promised years ago? Or are we talking further back than that?
My second thought was the Lincoln Centre’s My Fair Lady. Would fit with a limited run as mentioned in the Mean Girls thread. I’d personally love for either one to come over.

I'm just praying "Thriller Live" doesn't realise a theatre down the road is empty at the perfect time... Would it even fit? Can't imagine the owners of the Criterion would want it and going from 900+ seat to just under 600 would make the break even costs a bit iffy.

Otherwise, very strange to re-assemble a high calibre cast and elaborate set for 4 weeks at the Almeida.

Stage Ents always intended to bring their ‘Addams Family’ tour into the West End. Could it be this?

I would guess it's something a bit earlier than most these guesses. If it's the last 10 years it's probably actually going to be earlier than later otherwise it would have been described as the last 5 years....
So how about shows like Rocky, Gentlemen's Guide, Catch Me If You Can, If/Then? Bonnie & Clyde is in development.....Honeymoon in Vegas has wanted to happen here for a while...

Bonnie & Clyde I could see working. If/Then would need a serious star, I’m not sure how they could make it work over here unless it’s in a fringe venue. Catch Me if you can, aside from one or two songs, is a total dud.

I don't think there's any cause for concern! As the Criterion is owned by a trust, with both Sally Greene and Stephen Fry as trustees, there is, I would suggest, almost zero possibility of Thriller Live transferring there.

Is Bonnie and Clyde for the Savoy an option? It’s mentioned as a upcoming production in the wedding singer programme for the producers. Just about in the last 10 years on broadway to.
