I’ve often had the 0 ticket option (but I use Rush a lot). I think it means the tickets are all held, but the system has not updated quickly enough. The whole TodayTix interface is still a bit buggy under heavy load.

Like many organisations, TodayTix now uses an AI chatbot to deal with customer enquiries.
It’s all well and good until it malfunctions and stops replying. I’ve tried starting from scratch, different browsers, etc. but no joy.
Does anyone have a phone number for TodayTix?

If you’re in London seeing something else, it might be worth going to the attended office in Leicester Square tube?

If you’re in London seeing something else, it might be worth going to the attended office in Leicester Square tube? Good idea. That worked. The woman at the booth could not have been more helpful. Think I might start paying the cancellation fee on tickets when booking as their customer service is non-existent.

Found that but ‘lines closed’. I take it you tried during office hours - after 10am? Sorry I cannot try phoning them myself to check what message you get. Yes. From a look on Twitter, it seems like they hardly ever have anyone staffing it.

I tried to call today but the usual number didn’t connect. Has anyone found a way to talk to someone directly in customer service?

Planning a trip down to London in March and hoping to catch shows Friday evening and Saturday matinee. Not much choice on a Friday matinee so will probably not bother with that.
So I am buying a ticket in advance for Devil wears Prada for 1 slot and was thinking of doing a last minute purchase for the other which I've not done before.
So buying a single ticket, if using todaytix would I have more chance of being successful for the Fri evening or Sat matinee? I'd like to see Hadestown but if not then there's lots I've not seen being from up north!!
Thanks 👍👍

I’ve generally been successful getting single tickets via Rush (apart from Six, I no longer believe there are any Rush tickets for it 😹) You might want to try ‘practicing’ before the day. You can always put a ticket in your basket and then release it.
Tickets so super fast for some shows. I’m not sure how popular Hadestown is at the moment TBH. I suspect weekends are more competitive, might be worth having a short list of shows you’re open to.

Practicing the day before is definitely a good idea - if only to get your fast fingers in training! When you get the message that 'All tickets are in other customers' baskets' click 'OK' and keep jabbing for the 1 or 2 tkts you're hoping for. Someone's transaction may fail (or they're also 'just testing') and you can eventually connect.
Testing it can turn up surprising results. Last week I found '...Benjamin Button' midweek tickets were gone in a split second; but on Saturday I could still get one at 1pm. So for certain shows perhaps they see the weekend as more challenging for them - with more competition - so they actually release more on TodayTix.

From my experience using Today Tix.
Single seats are far easier to get than pairs especially at theatres which don't have a "cannot leave a single seat" booking policy. While most couples want to sit together if like us you aren't bothered about that try both searching for one seat as well as two.
More seats are sometimes released later in the day so don't give up if initially unsuccessful. Not long ago I nabbed a £100+ premium seat for £29.50 mid afternoon. Again less likely for a pair.
Rush tickets can be anywhere from lowest to highest price areas. It's worth having the seating plan to hand to check exactly where the seat you're offered is located. It doesn't follow that the best will be offered first at 10 am, I think it's random. though rejecting one seat has to be balanced against possibly not being offered anything else at all. Wait at least a minute before searching again after rejecting one to improve chance of being offered a different seat.

In regards to Hadestown. I tried for one ticket last week. Nothing came up initially on rush, despite me hitting refresh multiple times. Then, just when I was about to give up, I carried on and one came up. In the end the perfomance was cancelled so I got a refund, but definitely keep trying (unless it specifically says no more tickets are available).

I tend to get good single tickets most times I try, you really do just need to sit there clicking it over and over.

And around the time of half term so it is still possible
