I decided yesterday to ask for a refund instead of the voucher I was given for my City of Angels tickets in March. The voucher was valid for 12 months but I really couldn't see me using it by March. Pleasantly surprised to receive an email from them this morning confirming that the refund has been processed!

Thanks for the reminder as I also have a voucher for same show and I had forgotten about it

I got in touch as I'm happy to keep the vouchers but concerned I won't manage to use them before March. They've extended to the end of 2021 so here's hoping there will be a few shows on by then!

I just realised I had a few vouchers from cancellations caused by the first lockdown that are expiring in the next few months. I contacted TodayTix and they have extended these to 1st June 2022.
Does anyone know if they will combine multiple vouchers into a new single code? I'd rather not be tracking spending across multiple codes if I can avoid it!

I contacted TodayTix last week as I had three vouchers due to expire in the next few months and they consolidated them all into one voucher without me even asking, so yes they absolutely will!

I contacted them yesterday as my voucher was due to expire in April and they got straight back to me and have extended it until June 2022. Good service and good result.

Fair enough, but a better service would be to extend all vouchers automatically. I'd completely forgotten about mine, and not all of us have time at the minute to keep track of things like that.

Offers have begun - quite a few shows with tickets at £20, £30 or £40 in the TodayTix ‘Spring Back To Theatre’ campaign that’s started today.

Some very good deals for Prince of Egypt/Heathers but the seat selection for everything else seems to be pretty poor.

Agreed not the best offers available. Managed to pick up Heathers, Prince of Egypt and Jersey Boys. Hopefully better offers will become available closer to reopening of shows depending on how they're selling.

Having a similar issue with them, ticket open for over a month and just getting template emails without any actual response.
They are notably more receptive and faster to respond via Twitter, I just nudged them there and got much faster response.

Why does my alert for rush tickets arrive at 11.20am to say "tickets available soon" when they were released 1hr 20 minutes ago. Talk about slow.

Lottery worked wonders for me for Anything Goes
- rejected Fridays seats as it was Row B of the dress and I find the views from the dress to be like a letter box. Sunday I got great seats in the stalls
I've just got great seats for Life of Pi in December. Good stalls seats for 33* squid.
