I have found myself losing interest as the season has gone on. Not helped by the season 11 reveal, which has basically made me pretty much over All Stars now and just wanting Season 11 to start already.
I mean i'll still watch it...but yeh, not grabbing me very much right now.

I like the makeover episodes
Don't think it was the right bottom two.
I knew the result ahead of time so it didn't shock me. Will be interesting to see who the other winner picked.
It does seem that Monet and Peppermint share the same best friend!

What a weak episode. I am regretting having stayed up to watch it.
Poor main challenge. Very random runway theme.
Perverse judging decisions.
Not even got to the lip sync and I am utterly bored by it all.
and WTF was Monet thinking with that pink outfit??? And she has become such a bitter queen. Attacking Manila for keeping her friend in the competition and then hoping Monique will do the same for her. Nasty.

That sex and the city thing was rubbish. Whoever wrote that wants firing.

The last episode was crap, the challenge was so uninspired. I hate the scripted tv spoof ones they seem to do every season, other than the one from season 9 that Trinity won.
I agree the right person went home though, she had her chance a few times to really bring it and didn't quite get there.

Watching on Comedy Central, it is another weak episode.
Very odd styling choices for the Superqueen song. Even worse make-up than usual from Monique. Naomi looking more manly in drag than she does out of it.
All very poor so far.

And some of the ugliest ever Finale runway looks ever
Monet - that wig didn't work Monique - no wow factor and she doesn't know how to highlight Naomi - frock is not too awful - but the hat/lack of hair - woeful Trinity - Almost good - but not as well executed as Manila would have taken the same inspiration

After that final lipsync - neither of them deserved to win.
I guess the season ended in the way it was throughout - disappointing...

{Spoiler - click to view} What a cop-out.
Dreadful call.
It was clear from the editing that they filmed a range of endings and merged them rather badly.
Ru and the producers got this season badly wrong.
Grrrrrr

They definitely recorded numerous endings as the video below proves. It takes a while for Trinity to realise what it all means...
IMO, Trinity won the season, but Monet won the final lipsynch. Were the producers worried about them crowning another white All Star??

I watched that at about 4am and it was clear that they had no clue that joint winners were a possibility. I suspect now every finale will record a joint win - just in case Ru needs to get herself out of a hole.
I haven't seen any positive reaction to this outcome.

Yeah...that's me done with this show now I think, until the UK version. It's been fun over the years though!

The IMDB rating is woeful for the end of this season. Really poor.
The producers will have to take notice. I suspect we won't get AS5 until late 2020 at the earliest. They need time to reformat the show and make it watchable again.

Just saw this trailer for Sasha Velour’s next show. Based on AS4 and recent seasons, i can’t really believe she won Drag Race.

I’m liking the twist!
I’ve always doubted Derrick Barry’s talent. She’s not the only one either, that RPDR Vegas show just has them walking pointlessly on a runway.. Naomi Smalls I’m looking at you. Terrible.
I hope this is not going to be another best friend race. We need drama!

Glad Derrick went, he's terrible and a horrible person.
Naomi has had some of the best looks in the history of the show and a couple of amazing lip-synchs. I've also seen her live and she's a fantastic performer and a very nice person as well x

I've also seen her live and she's a fantastic performer and a very nice person as well x I gave you a thumbs up because I love Naomi Smalls and think she's severely underrated (she should've won Jersey Justice and Snatch Game in AS4 imo) but honestly Derrick Barry is hilarious (like Alyssa Edwards level of iconic quotes) and makes for fantastic TV so I'm sad to see him go. Then again I'm not sure who I would have wanted to go instead, I think this is a really strong cast (and I was devastated to see Ongina leave, especially after seeing her insane looks on Whatcha Packin'? but ultimately it was the right decision).

I find Derrick like Roxy, Phiphi and Gia, he's just so mean and nasty when cornered. It may be somewhat entertaining to watch their delusion, but in the end they're all just vile.
I don't get the Alyssa thing either, I was always team Coco. I don't find him even remotely funny.
I'm only here for Shea, JuJu and Cracker...the rest of them are pointless.
IMO this is the weakest A.S cast ever x

Derrick and Gia (judging from her season and AS4) just seem like deeply unpleasant people. Shea's runway in the 2nd ep tho 😱😱😱😱👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Cracker to me seems like an equally unpleasant person in all honesty but I still enjoy the tension she creates. I loved s12 because it was almost purely about a group of very talented queens with little drama to overshadow that but I can equally enjoy a season with a great villain stirring the pot and it seems like Cracker will be that this season (which I'm glad for because I'm not a big fan of her so outside of that role she'd not be interesting to me).

Cracker is clearly an INTJ personality type (as am I) so I got exactly what he was doing/saying and there was absolutely no malice in what he did to Ongina, it is unfortunately just the way our brains work. The truth and integrity is very important to us, more important than anything else and expressing that often comes at the expense of someone else's feelings. Our motto is pretty much 'if you don't want to know what I think then don't ask' and sometimes our mouths fire canons without much thought that what we are saying maybe taken a completely different way. We are also pretty useless at articulating our thoughts into language others 'get' and tend to boil things down to a simple statement when clearly it should be a lengthy well thought out paragraph.
It is however never meant to be hurtful, it is just the truth to us and we don't find the truth hurtful as we like to know when things are wrong about ourselves so we can try and fix them. We also think logically first and emotionally second, whereas most people are the other way around. It takes time for us to mature into realising that and alter our ways, but this does mean that most of time we just end up shutting down and isolating to protect ourselves and others and then people seem to think we are just weird or gutless and running away.
The scene at the mirror WAS like looking into a mirror for me. I know that frustration that everyone seems to think that they know us and who we are and how we operate. But NO ONE understands us and in an effort to try and explain ourselves we usually just end up digging a deeper hole so we don't bother, give up and then we appear cold and aloof. We can't win and we just get used to that. I imagine this is going to be Crackers storyline for the season.
It was very clear that what Ongina had said stayed in Crackers head driving him almost to the point of insanity until he got his opinion out and then wished he didn't. We over think EVERYTHING...story of my life. He then had exactly the same reaction to it that I would've, utterly mortified that what he'd said had hurt someone that badly and felt tremendous guilt over it. But Cracker was right, if Ongina felt the way he did, he shouldn't be there...hurtful maybe, but the truth.
We are very mouthy, complicated and misunderstood folk, but there is not a malicious bone in our bodies. We are painfully empathetic, but try and manipulate us and we will shut it down at breakneck speed. Derrick, PhiPhi, Gia, Roxie etc all play from a very calculated and mean spirited playbook, they know EXACTLY what they are doing and their hurt is intentional. If we hurt someone it is usually because of a misunderstanding and our lack of communication skills or because you're an ass and we feel you genuinely deserve it.

I personally don't buy into that personality type stuff and think it's no more rooted in reality than astrology and I find it hard to believe that you can identify her exact thought process just from a few scenes of a reality TV show, that feels like armchair psychology to me. I'm not saying you're necessarily wrong about her intentions and I did appreciate that she later apologised but that didn't stop what she said from being rude, unnecessary, entirely out of nowhere at the time, and completely drawn out. This also isn't her first instance of cruelty as she had multiple instances of being incredibly rude about Asia O'Hara in interviews after season 10 due to Asia saying she wasn't a star which seems hypocritical now since she essentially did the same thing here and in this case it was completely unprompted. I honestly don't normally like talking badly about queens like this but it just frustrated me seeing so many defend Cracker for her behaviour when plenty of queens get endlessly berated for similar things (especially POC queens which I'm definitely not accusing you of doing but plenty of others have). I just feel like the old adage is true: if you have nothing good to say then say nothing at all. Lift the queens you love up and leave it at that.
