Biggest gag was that Farrah wasn’t wearing a pink frock. 😂😂 I love Farrah. So stupid, but I do love her.

They’ve released a clip of the next episode which reveals the big twist. No idea how to do spoilers on here but it’s going to be very interesting!!

That was a bit underwhelming. All a bit too manipulated.
We get the reveal of the Season 11 queens this coming week - so they are clearly lining up that to start almost immediately

And Latrice ain't no Miss Congeniality. I have to say none of the queens I liked previously have I continued to like, well apart from Monet but I like the concept of Monet rather than the execution. It seems a poor season and bitchy rather than shade.

Naomi is probably the weakest one left.
All she offers is legs and looks. There is no comedy or performance in her.

This was an exercise in bringing Latrice back basically....but....why?
She got voted out...so you;d think maybe come back with a fresh ideas.....but nope...a runway that is similar to about 8 other runways she's done over the course of her DR life. It's not exciting. It's so predictable. I don't get the fascination.
My faves at the mo are Monet and Manilla. I do think Monet has stepped it up from last season. I have to say i also really like Monique...which is probably a very lone thing to say...lol

Well, I loved this episode. Anything where there’s a wig under a wig you can sign me right up for. And I thought all of the results for the lipsyncs were right, even if it was fixed or preplanned the better performers stayed. Latrice did seem to have more fire in her so yes, give her another chance.
Next week’s challenge looks like it’s going to be a dud though.

Well who knew that Naomi Smalls doing a backbend in a bikini made out of Twizzlers would get this engine revving.
I’m going to have a cold shower now.

Naomi Smalls' back bend gave me cramp just by watching, how the hell she do that without snapping her back/waist/legs I'll never know.

I'm sticking with AS4 purely to see if Manila wins, but after that I'm out. It's so manipulated and staged and fake these days, I can't muster up any enthusiasm for it anymore.

I think it is time for All Stars to take a break - the main series is more interesting as there are new people to get to know/hate/love
We are not that far off the start of season 11 - which has, by all reports, a number of different queens (plus one returner) - which should hopefully refresh things
And then, of course, we have the UK version at some point later this year.

The whole thing needs to take a break and for the show to somehow stop feeling like it's rigged and all planned out right from the outset

Ru will always have her favourites - no amount of break will change that
Saving Valentina last week was just to obvious - just as bringing back Latrice this week

If Ru even has as much power as it seems. There's a team of Executive Producers behind the scenes after all, Ru is only one of them.

There is a seeming bias towards quirky younger queens - that is true. And it is time a 'big girl' won.
But I do think a lot of that does come from Ru.
It is still good to see a range of queens strutting their stuff. I do need to catch up on Thailand - as that proves the show can work without Ru.

I was nearly there for Eureka but her lip synching schtick of flinging the leg up and down and ass wiping the floor was enough once. She's got two out of three in as a triple threat queen, serving looks, comedy queen, but she fails in my opinion at the lip synch.

Eureka outshone Aquaria in the first lipsync in the final but another shock twist meant that the chosen one didn't go home at the wrong time.
Ginger will always be a winner in my eyes. A true star.
We will see what happens in season 11.

It’s been manipulated from day one though. Rupaul either chooses who leaves from a pool of people he’s chosen, or gives the power of choosing to someone he’s chosen. Every decision comes back to him. And I suspect if it wasn’t manipulated it wouldn’t be very good. This isn’t really a competition, it’s a reality show and as is always the case the journey has to be more interesting than the result in order to sustain the interest of the viewers.
Also for those who think last weeks twist and suspension of rules was just thrown in to save Valentina, I don’t think TV shows are made on the fly like that. The storylines are planned way ahead and you can tell that Ru’s video sequences are clearly all filmed at the same time because the hair and make up is identical every week.
There might be plenty of reasons to dislike the show but I don’t think producer manipulation is a valid one.

A rather odd episode. The challenge was just peculiar.
Naomi's lips seem to be getting bigger and bigger - can't be healthy!
Monique really can't take criticism - she just looks daggers.
And what was Trinity thinking with *that* 'look'....
Next up the Makeover challenge - which can break even the best of queens

This season is really rather bizarre. Seasons 3 of all stars had such high talent on display. This is sometimes just ‘meh’. Also seems they’ve had a lot of improv challenges.
I’m shocked that Manila’s pad dress was ‘bad taste’ but Trinty as the old lady wasn’t. Did not understand that one at all.
Not sure who I want to win. Valentina deserved to go home this week.

Although Valentina deserved to go this week, i will miss her VT Talking heads. She has really won me over this season and would love to see her live now.
Latrice is doing nothing for me this season and is getting annoying. I hope she goes home soon.
I was away all last week, so i just want to add that i LOVED Naomi's lip synch last week. Those moves were amazing.

I find the judging so inconsistent, Manilla never changes her aesthetic, or style of performance. Some of Latrice's costume choices are terrible that blue fringing and those black boots.
They seem to push some queens to change and others not.
Monique looked amazing in the Bar Challenge by the way but her runway wasn't as good.
Monet needs a Pearl moment, it's time to wake up. Monet has all the jigsaw pieces but they are in the wrong order or they push her into this big hair big gown look which in my opinion takes away from the character she's created, and they don't do that to Manilla.
I was rooting for Trinity in her season but this season it just isn't working for me, though she would of been a zillion times better than Aquaria on the sh*tshow of a RuVeal for Season 11
I don't know who deserves the crown, All Stars winners I've never really agreed with so no doubt this season will be the same.

What recap podcasts does anyone recommend? I’ve just discovered Race Chasers with Alaska and Willam. They bounce off each other very well, Willam being very bitchy and Alaska being very funny. It’s good to hear comment from people with direct experience of being in the show, especially as Willam has quite a cynical view of it.
Alright Mary is ok if you really want forensic discussion of every nuance of the queen’s performances.
The Afterbuzz TV podcast is much more lightweight, basically all about the frocks, the lipsyncs and “who do you want to win” chat.
