They will need to nail the kitchen equipment to the benches as everytime I have seen her on This Morning all she does is saying that she is going to take all the stuff they are demonstrating or showing on the programme with her and is quite blatant about it.

Gemma Collins and AJ are on Bake Off tonight. Let's see how long I last before having to turn over.

Surprised there hasn’t been a single post about this series. I enjoyed it more than some of the recent series, was a bit more like the earlier runs with less obscure/ridiculous challenges. Felt Alison was a decent host too.

I’ve been watching this series but it obviously hasn’t stuck with me long after the episodes finish as I’d never thought about looking up a thread on here! I have enjoyed it, though it’s nowhere near the standard it used to be on BBC. Alison is a good fit as a presenter, still not keen on Noel. I agree that it’s been nice seeing more recognisable bakes this year. Assuming the usual Christmas and New Year specials are due. . .

See I didn’t think Alison was great actually. Her and Noel have no chemistry, but I do really like Noel, I didn’t feel Alison brought anything to it.
I’ve only watched GBBO since it moved to channel 4 but I think I’m over it now. I spent most this season skipping to when the bakes were done.

As often happens, the final was a bit of an anticlimax mainly due to a mixture of nerves and playing it too safe. I'm glad Matty won in the end, his endearing imposter syndrome seemed quite genuine and he did show the biggest improvement over the series. The judges did send home some of the more original and interesting contestants far too soon, but then none of us are tasting the bakes, so what do we know?

Junior BakeOff is providing some much needed smiles and laughs. Rudi's response when Harry suggested his pet bearded dragon might want a lady friend was hilarious, and his tears of disbelief when he got star baker were sweeter than any pavlova.
