The B1M (one of the biggest channels on YouTube for construction) has just posted a video on the construction and lifting of the Palace Theatre in New York. Have to say it looks an amazing project

Love the B1M, I can't imagine a project like that ever happening in London, the Theatre Trust would have a heart attack.

Incredible technology but I find it a bit crass. Literally raising buildings so they can stick more retail in at ground level. Because New York and Times Square really needs that doesn’t it.
It would be nice if the refurb reduced the number of seats and made sure theatre audiences were more comfortable for the nonsense prices they’re charging. Likely though?
