I'll post more later but one thing I'll say is anyone who couldn't get a ticket has a right to be annoyed as it certainly wasn't sold out like they said it was. The balcony was almost half empty. How is this possible? Maybe their licence limits overall numbers and making it theatre style downstairs limited how many balcony tickets they could sell (I'm assuming the downstairs tickets were more expensive?)

The whole show appears to be on YouTube for anyone who wants to watch it. It really was amazing, I'm still thinking about that transition from Celine to Cats now!

watching it now on youtube - hope it stays there and doesn't disappear in a bit. Yes its really good and would have loved to have been there. Think the theory about the seating could be right as usually its cabaret style downstairs with tables and chairs so with rows of seats downstairs would have increased the number of people sitting down there. There must be a maximum number permitted which would make sense of spare balcony seats

I must say i didn't enjoy sitting in the balcony that much. There were two reasons, one it wasn't very full at all so there wasn't much atmosphere up there and secondly Jeremy played completely to the stalls crowd, he never looked up to the balcony or interacted with the balcony people, i'm not having a go just saying that's what it was. So the result when they both combined was to feel a tad detached as well as being physically detached because obviously you are up in a balcony.
But as for the show and Jeremy himself, brilliant. He's a great showman and seems just a great guy. He was entertaining even without the singing! Then his voice is surely ones of the best male voices around. Hands down has to be. I enjoyed the set list though i would have liked a few more from Smash and maybe one from Finding Neverland. I loved the medley which was hysterical, but also would have liked to have heard some of the songs included in full. I would have liked his mic to be a tad louder to really emphasise his big belts more but the sound mix was good and very balanced.
He mentioned wanting to be back on Broadway and i honestly don't understand why he's not been snapped up for something big and isn't in demand. He's utterly brilliant. Got to be considered for Chris surely, especially after Why God Why (which i wish he did in full!!)

I sat in the balcony and then in the stalls and agree that the balcony felt more detached. Shiksa Goddess was the only thing I wanted him to sing that he didn't.

I was in the balcony and to some extent felt the same. Although the venue was quite small and the view was brilliant. My friend and I got very excited when he did a little bit of Why God Why because we'd asked for it on Twitter (among with about 100 other people I'm sure, but still... ) when he asked a while back. Great atmosphere though, I grinned throughout!

I wonder if he's do Finding Neverland when it opens here? I honestly just don't get why he's not been in massive demand. When he talked about it he said he's desperate to be back on Broadway so it seems the lack of good offers is the problem rather than him turning it down for tv ect ect. And i just do not get it. He's SO good.
I really want to hear him sing Neverland cus ever since bloomin Jenifer Hudson sang it at the Tony's i've been thinking how amazing it would sound for Jeremy to sing it. I haven't even seen any clips or anything on youtube.

He was in Finding Neverland before it opened on Broadway. He was in Boston run and then for the Broadway run they replaced him with Matthew Morrison. They then brought in Alfie Boe who I thought was all signed on to open it in London (very bad casting that).
He is still in Supergirl however, so I do not know if he really could do a London run.

The email was a bit slow coming through but if you've got a reference number you must be in the system so I wouldn't worry 😁 maybe chase if nothing comes through overnight

Just got a couple of seats for the matinee. Not sure when they went on sale but presume its only in the last day or two and already looks like it will be popular. I have persuaded a friend to go with me who says she has no idea who he is but I have persuaded her she will like him. Fingers crossed. Anyway whats not to like about Mr Jordan.

I have only very recently become obsessed with the man after discovering some of his 'Miscast' videos on Youtube. I may be about to make a very financially irresponsible decision...

It won't break the bank. I got good seats for £40 and the Cadogan Hall is a lovely venue. Compare this with £125 for Josh Groban at the O2 and it's a hidious venue for that type of concert.

Given I spent much of this week convincing myself I didn't need Groban tickets that's actually a pretty sound argument....
