I must say the staff at the Hippodrome Casino are absolutely lovely over the phone, but I'm having real problems actually talking to someone who knows who I am (on their system.. i.e. no one has been able to look at my name on the system and tell me exactly how many tickets are under my name) and where my money is (I'm a student and my summer rent in due in two days, I need all the £££ I can get! ). I believe I've been charged twice, was told I'd receive a form to fill in via email in order to get back my money, but still haven't been sent that. No one has been able to clarify just exactly what has happened, but at this point I'm praying I DON'T have a spare two tickets, because now I've only got a day or two to get rid of them if that's the case. Will ring back again tomorrow morning. Talked to a lovely lady on the phone, but after 10 minutes of reciting my name, booking confirmation email adress, phone number etc. etc. I had to be redirected elsewhere and all progress ceased. I've emailed the venue's general info email address now, in hopes that someone can point me in the direction of the person I actually need to speak too. Fingers crossed. So excited for Thursday though, and the filming news is very interesting!

If it turns out that you do have spares I would be interested in one Also their Head of Customer Services is called Lisa Marr if that's any help?

I agree about the staff being lovely. I spoke to a lovely lady called Severina when i booked my ticket and i think she is some kind of manager or something. It all came about rather by chance. I emailed them to ask if there was any list i could go on for spares and i got an e-mail back from this lady saying that there were a few spare for the late shows and if i gave my number she would call me to arrange it. Which she did instantly and was incredibly helpful and lovely. I was very impressed with the service.
I'm going to see Jeremy tonight, i'm so excited! It's been a dream of mine to see/hear him live ever since i first discovered him via Smash (RIP) a few years ago.

Yes i'll post the set list (or at least what i can remember).
The running time is apparently 1hr 30mins so it seems it will be a decent length concert!

If anyone has been to the venue before, any advice on what time i should get there for? I'm only fussed about seeing the show so don't need to be there early for food, drinks, casino ect ect. The conf email says doors open at 10.45 which is only 15mins before the show but i've seen reports saying it's best to get there early so you can take your pick of seats, so i'm a bit confused.

Weird that doors are only opening 15 minutes early for that show, the 8pm show has doors opening at 7pm.

There is a comedy show at 8pm tonight before JJ so don't know if that makes a difference.

Yes i'll post the set list (or at least what i can remember). Please do report back. Based on the set list, I'll decide whether or not I'll pay the 12 quid for tomorrow's live screening (assuming that the set lists will be identical)

I'll post more later but one thing I'll say is anyone who couldn't get a ticket has a right to be annoyed as it certainly wasn't sold out like they said it was. The balcony was almost half empty.

It was theatre style in the stalls not caberet style and that section was packed but there were some spaces in the boothes behind. The balcony had many empty seats.

What! How? I'm going crazy here!!!!! A very generous person was giving a spare away on Twitter and as I'm going to the late show I was a few minutes away and could get here quickly. It's the interval now, he is so funny and completely amazing!

My only hope here is that he's so overjoyed with the reception he receives from his London audience that Jeremy Jordan decides to return.
Grrr!

What a great night! The 8pm show was pretty much full I think. Definitely worth seeing.

I was at the 8pm show too, in the balcony! It was UTTERLY FABULOUS! He performed a great selection of songs and his original songs were excellent too. Was happy to hear songs from pretty much all of the musicals he's famous for having performed in. And his duets with his wife were excellent too!
