I think it was Aljaz's outfit that secured most of Sara's votes.... 😍 That is precisely why I voted for Sara!

Reports coming in that the dance off is between Adam and Tilly
Can't see them not saving Tilly sadly.
Looks like Dismal Dan is safe again. Stupid voting public

There is always an elimination or two where we see stronger dancers leave and poor dancers not even fall into the dance off
But it is just wrong that Dan is still there. He isn't getting better. He isn't entertaining. But he is tall.

Shirley adores Dan. That thing he did wasn’t even a dance.

Clearly the BBC Breakfast audience is voting for Dan.

We are just approaching the point where it is embarrassing for the one obviously weak one to be kept in, happens every time. If Dan goes much further it will negate the entire show. You only have to look at the US show people to see how far below the required standard most of the UK people are.

We have this every year though. It’s not just a dance contest it’s a popularity contest. He’s on tv a lot at a time when people are sat about in their nighties looking rough. People presumably feel a connection.
Adam was lovely but he wasn’t going to win it either.

It really doesn't matter unless the weaker dancer goes through at the expense of someone who could actually win.
Adam was never going to win, so the order that he, Dan, Tilly, Sara and even really Tom and Rhys leave the competition is pretty much irrelevant.
The best dancers are AJ, Rose and John, so as long as the final is between them the other eliminations can be in any order and it isn't much of a shock or travesty.

Tom has the McFly fanbase backing him so he’ll probably survive for a few more weeks

If you believe the reports this week, he is well ahead in terms of public votes.

Clearly the BBC Breakfast audience is voting for Dan. Yeah that's the reason I vote for him and I don't even watch the show

If you believe the reports this week, he is well ahead in terms of public votes. Given McFly has a Strictly winner and IAC winner from the band themselves and his wife won IAC as well, it doesn't surprise me he's doing well with the public.

If you believe the reports this week, he is well ahead in terms of public votes. How depressing. He'd be one of the worst winners in Strictly history - he is no Harry Judd in terms of dance talent!

There are stories like this every year claiming to have inside knowledge of the voting. I don't tend to give them much credence.
Things like YouTube views and betting patterns are more reliable indicators.
And those are pointing heavily to Rose being the most popular.

I've never been a fan of Dan, but what struck me this week was how much he talked and how little Nadiya spoke. She barely said a word in the pre-dance VT, just listened to Dan mansplaining what football is. Even when Claudia tried to involve her in the post-result chat on Sunday Dan spoke over her (saying how much she talked!). Very odd.

He goes on and on, perfectly fluently but he hasn’t got the memo has he? He should defer to Nadiya and shut up a bit.

If you believe the reports this week, he is well ahead in terms of public votes. Yeah never underestimate how popular McFly and Tom Fletcher are. He also has the biggest following on social media by a considerable amount compared to the other contestants which counts for a lot now a days particularly when you don’t have to pay to vote anymore. Just get your fan base to vote even if they don’t watch the show.

If you don't watch the show, you shouldn't be able to vote. You're not that big a fan if you can't be bothered to tune in and actually watch them dance.

It is a little unclear to me how there could be something untoward going on at the BBC in terms of the voting system.
In one of the UK's most watched, feel good family entertainment show.
If there were and it were to (ever) come out, it'd kill the show dead on its feet and make a mockery not only of the dancers, judges, and the shows format.
Don't forget nearly every country on the world has their own version of this show, basically following the same format.
Additionally, the BBC would have to be transparent in the event of a Freedom of Information (FOI) or Subject Access request.

I believe that all ‘voting’ shows are independently audited and monitored. Whether that is just the ‘phone/costs money’ element I don’t know? I imagine it would be super easy for the bbc to manipulate online voting if they wanted to. But doing it to save Dan Walker is a risk I certainly wouldn’t take! 😂😂😂

Sara v Tilly in the Dance Off Rumoured that Sara was saved Dan is still in?!!! He is sooooo full of himself. His self indulgent bloody speech last night about “what Strictly is for” when you could see Claudia desperately wanting him to shut up. The ridiculous hand gestures he does at the end of the show when all the couples are standing on the dance floor. Urgh! Am so sick of him.
