Reading this now! I'm enjoying it very much, and pausing to listen to the songs as the lyrics come up. Very interesting to read of the gay version of "Tell Me On A Sunday" which was workshopped with Jonathan Bailey - hope that happens sometime.

As much as I like most of the songs in Tell Me On a Sunday, they would need so much revision to fit a gay character they might as well write a new show, and even then there are other writers who would make a better/funnier/more sensitive/up to date job of it than Black and Lloyd Webber.

If you enjoyed Don Black's BBC Radio 2 late night show before it was axed, you might like to know he is now on BBC Radio London 5pm on Sunday, or online for you to enjoy in your own time. www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0bncc7p
