After bemoaning the fact that I'd heard nothing from Todaytix about their recent £15 flash sale for A Woman Of No Importance, I contacted them to ask why they didn't notify users of such offers - especially as I always say in my feedback that that's the sort of information I DO wish to receive from them.
I was amazed to hear back that they send regular, weekly emails (on Mondays), as I've never had any such communication from them and apparently you can only opt out from within an email of that type, so obviously I've never been able to do that.
They said they would get the tech team to look into it but as I still didn't receive anything this week either, I asked again and now they say there's a wider issue affecting others, too.
So could any users here confirm that they do normally receive marketing emails from Todaytix and are there any others who, like me, don't and didn't know they were meant to?
The odd thing is that if I book through them, I do receive the confirmation emails and survey.
