Did anyone try to get tickets for his tour? And was anyone successful? I have just spent a frustating 2 hours online and no luck. Even the extra dates added sent in seconds. This was after 4 hours sleep. So back to bed....

My friend was trying for us. No luck.
Letting people buy eight tickets each doesn't help. Even people who just want two will buy the rest if their "allocation" and put the rest straight onto the resale sites.
The only person I know who got them paid over a hundred each for the vip tickets. The new con of throwing in a laminate and tote bag and seat near front that seems to be the norm at every concert these days.

They're announcing new dates about every 5 minutes, I had no luck at 10am but just bagged myself a pair of tickets for Leeds. Keep trying, it's worth it.

Joined the queue on ticket factory for Birmingham at 9.45, was in and bought a ticket by 10.02. 4th row middle front block for just over £60. More than I'd usually pay but I've wanted to see him live for years and happy with such a good seat. Sometimes just wanting 1 seat pays off! Can't believe how simple it was, lots of people online seem to be struggling particularly with the dreaded ticketmaster!

Managed to get 4 tickets for one the new dates they added. Was way too much stress but thankful I’ve got them. He is someone who I have wanted to see live for years!

My partner’s daughter got tickets for Manchester within the first half hour, but apparently had several iPads , iPhones and laptops fired up at the same time ...... good that they got tickets, but I think this sort of thing creates a bigger queue and jams the systems tbh.

Hope everyone who wants them is successful! We struck lucky last time by getting tickets for his warm up show just before the tour started and ended up seeing the routine at the Bury Met, with fewer than 200 people. Will keep an eye out for if he does a similar thing this time around.
He must have sold a phenomenal amount of tickets today though - quite mind boggling.

He has now added dates for London in June 2019 just not sure I want to commit so far ahead. Will probably book though. I've seen him live a couple of times and he is brilliant.

Looking at the number of dates added Peter is not going to be short of money next year!

My son's company has a corporate box at our local arena and he has had texts and emails from people he hardly knows asking if he can get them tickets!

Just seen on Facebook that Peter Kay has cancelled his forthcoming live tour and all other projects due to unforseen family circumstances. Sounds like it must be pretty serious. Such a shame and my thoughts are for him and his family.

Watch the gutter press now try digging until they get the "exclusive" on the reasons why.

It does sound v serious. He was only last week or so plugging it on Striclty wasn’t he? I wish he would do more of the car thing. That was v good.

The BBC have confirmed the Car Share episodes are already filmed and not affected by this.

Watch the gutter press now try digging until they get the "exclusive" on the reasons why. They already know. However, watch hundreds of people who bought tickets speculate and spread false rumours on Twitter.
