With this and Six both touring, the regional "stans" are being spoilt. I hope Stage Door staff are prepared!
I'll go along due to curiosity, if only to see what the big fuss is about.

Just booked a £13 price promise ticket for Wimbledon in Stalls Row B. Still a few cheap tickets left for various dates for TheatreCard members who get in quick.

Make sure you get a credit back IF you were charged a transaction fee as i was this am.. I wasn’t, but you usually have to choose the second of two very similar looking ticket options. Where I did get caught out recently was hitting the colourful button for ticket insurance instead of the less prominent decline link. Was rushing through the booking process and didn’t realise until after I’d put in my credit card details.

Some painted flats nicked from the local sixth form left over from their prize winning ‘Dracula Spectacular’? I loved doing Dracula Spectacular! i was 13 and played Master Landau and Genghis. Such great memories of that show. I love that the Name Nick Necrophiliac goes over most kids' heads

Had minimal interest in this (the set looks so ugly in all the London pics!) but quite like some of the score - and the 13 quid ATG price promise seats are an incredible deal - so snapped one up for my local theatre, Brighton Theatre Royal.
In fact whilst was on the website, managed to get top price non premium tickets for Jamie, Six and Heathers for less than 60 quid total with my ATG card.
As discussed elsewhere for regional venues, the ATG card is brilliant. (Shame that they can never send you the correct presale e-mails for your chosen venues....)

This is now opening at the Theatre Royal in Windsor on 13 May. I don't think that venue was initially announced. Bill Kenwright is Executive Producer there so an understandable first venue.
Easy journey from London and reasonable ticket prices.

Wonder when we will get casting info for this? I could be wrong but I imagine it will be a while yet. The tour doesn't begin till may and usually Kenwright and PTM are fairly last minute when it comes to announcements. Possibly Veronica & JD Casting soon but the remaining casting not so soon I expect.

I think it may depend on who has just been killed off in Hollyoaks.

Well not many of the originals will be coming back, that's for sure.
I think T'Shan is the only original Heather or indeed cover Heather available (unless she is announced for something else soon).
I can't see Jamie coming back either but i could be wrong there. If all goes to form Liam Doyle and Oliver Ormson are probably going to be in there somewhere.

Isn’t OO in Back to the Future and Liam Doyle wholly unsuitable for most of the male roles (unless of course we’re casting the school kids late 20’s again?) Cast the leads with supremely talented graduates and give the parent/teacher roles to someone off the telly.

Liam was in the workshop of Heathers as i think one of Kurt or Ram, i can't remember which, so i don't see why they wouldn't cast him in the show. Well most PTM's usual suspects are otherwise engaged this time so looks like they will have to cast some different faces, you may get your wish!

Thanks to a rapid response from BurlyBeaR, I've been able to see the ATG member prices for the 2 venues which would work for me (Brighton and New Wimbledon). Alas the delay and ongoing lack of emails from ATG means that though the show seems not to be selling that well, the cheapest reasonable tickets (meaning I have to choose senior rate and see a matinee) are now £28.50 in Brighton or £20 in Wimbledon. That's a bit steep for Brighton; Wimbldon is more affordable but I might hold off in hope that others will post any new offers here.

To be fair, the script is worth £20 of anyones money, cribbing whole scenes of snarky dialogue wholesale from the film. Go for it Showgirl!

Complete guess here, but Amber Davies (Won Love Island, was Judy in 9to5) has just posted a story on Instagram. Proclaiming she’s shooting something really exciting, and teased a few weeks ago that she has a new stage role coming. In the story you can see the top of what looks to be a cheerleaders outfit....
Do we think she could be going on tour with this? Wouldn’t make bad business sense, she has a massive following. She’d be a good fit for Heather McNamara (the yellow one). She really surprised me in 9to5 with how good she was!
Won’t be long till we find out I imagine....

But I think she'd do alright in Heathers too (as one of the Heathers - you're right that she probably would be McNamara)
