The website says that the play is sold out. I phoned up and they said that they had set aside tickets for row K for all performances. Most strange

I rang up the BO. Only the BO have access to those tickets

So, the burning question now is:
Why are wheelchair users and everyone else with specific access requirements boycotting this hot ticket?
Have the disability media secretly informed them of the results of a special probing investigation that the play's no good?

I know what you're aiming for, but it's far more likely that the knowledge of accessibility in theatres is simply not getting out to the people who would benefit from it. Not forgetting, of course, that people who would benefit from it and have asked for it from other theatres in the past have met with obstinate indifference and a complete lack of interest from those who should be helping them and thus may not even want to go to the theatre anymore.

Cancellation notice: The Tim Rice / Abba fan club will no longer be meeting in the London Marriott Hotel's Atrium tonight. Apparently, the hotel manager can't stand Chess nuts boasting in an open foyer.
Okay, Theatremonkey. I know I really shouldn't be encouraging you. But well, it's Christmas etc, so- liking the joke!

Possibly they need extra time to flood the theatre between shows?

7pm in west end but 7.30pm at RC.......I wonder if they will change the time or is it wise to invest in a hotel when I go see the first preview.....

Gave up on that Sonia Friedman link - payment wasn't being rejected, but the screen just froze every time I clicked 'buy tickets' and I didn't want to end up with £500 worth of tickets (just checked my bank and thankfully no money came out). Have just booked for the first Saturdays afternoon show through the Royal Court's presale, I will probably make a day of it and go and see another show or a film afterwards.

Oh I had hoped the "well over 3 hours running time" trend was going to be left behind in 2016. Never mind, I've got a few late night options for getting home. I'll just make sure to keep the next day clear for sleeping.
