Friday: 14/48 Theatre Festival, Leicester
Sunday: Paradise Lost (lies unopened beside me), Malvern
Had a few evenings next week booked locally but now I've been called to Farnborough/Frimley for a week of work on a site there, so now begins a search of all local theatres to see what's on! (If anyone reading this is in the area, recommendations are welcome, it's within distance for me to make it into London which is absolutely terrible for my bank balance)

Wednesday 6/11 - A Streetcar Named Desire at the Lyceum, Edinburgh. I was so depressed by the overnight news from the US overnight that it fleetingly crossed my mind to skip this and go into hibernation mode. So glad I didn’t, as this was a nigh-on perfect production. |

Nothing scheduled for this week apart from some live music on Friday.
I don’t know why I’m so curiously resistant to Nye - even twice being offered a free ticket and lift to see NT Live screenings earlier this year didn’t lure me out of the house. It’s today or never - last chance to give it a go via the free YouTube screening which ends today.

Having only just avoided disgracing myself in the past two weeks, it seemed a good idea to have a quiet one.
But I'm off the heavy duty bangers as of this morning and it is the last week of Tupperware parties at the Nash, so tonight, the Dorfman with Meera Syal. Subject matter likely to be challenging.
