Tonight, Les Miserables Belfast last night. Booked a year ago, dithered about and only booked flights Thursday. Stansted car park almost as much as the ticket.

Starlight Express yesterday and A Chorus Line next Saturday, taking my granddaughter to her first musical, she’s 10. She loves tap dancing so I thought it would be a good choice. I’ve always had a soft spot for the old tap dancing musicals too. Half a Sixpence, 42nd Street are favourites.

Abigail’s Party at Stratford East on Saturday and An Evening of Music & Comedy with Creed Bratton at The Garage on Sunday (I’m kind of mystified as to what he will do for an entire show, in The Office he only ever got a couple of minutes screen time in one go)

Apart from a talk at the V&A about Broadway at the end of October I have absolutely nothing booked for the month of October. First time in a very long time I've got nothing. Need to so something about it.

Thursday - As bruxas de Salem (The Crucible) at TNSJ, Porto (Portugal) Sunday- Querido Evan Hansen (Dear Evan Hansen) at Maria Matos Theatre, Lisbon (Portugal)
Rather low expectations for both of this productions, but at least the tickets were really afordable. Never saw any production of either and know very little about them, but at least I won’t get distracted comparing or, in DEH case, won’t need to adjust to the portuguese lyrics because I have never listen to them in english. September was a “no theatre” month for me, so I’m excited to get back!

I finally grabbed a ticket to The Manikins for Saturday 13:00, but am searching for a matinee that starts late enough for me to squeeze in afterwards, and before my 19:30. Six was looking ideal at 4pm but totally sold out! Anything else running 3/4/5pm ish? Any options?
Other than that, I have Becoming Nancy mid week.

TodayTix is currently doing a 24 hour sale for the final week of I Wish You Well. £15 tickets for a 3PM matinee on the Saturday, show is 60 mins no interval, timing maybe a bit too tight though!
