And that's exactly what's going to happen, to ensure he's not in the final. You wish. Leave. Trump. Ed. Brilliant!

Just heard on the BBC news that Gorka Marquez was attacked on Saturday night in Blackpool and has lost some teeth. That's really awful. That's really Blackpool. I wouldn't step step foot in the place.

I just love this dance loads!!!
Also would love love to see Oti Manuse choreograph a touring or West End musical! She's amazing at all dancers and really choreographs their routines so well!!

It's so clear they want Danny to win because there is no way that was a perfect scoring dance. He was out of time with Oti and the dancers for some of it and it was all rather laboured. Plus, he just doesn't have the personality for a charleston. Ultimately, as good as he is I think it'll be a real shame if he wins because unlike any of the others he just hasn't made any progress since day one. Yes, but he is easy on the eye. Haha, he is indeed, I grant you that. There's just a touch of the robot about him though. I can appreciate his talent (and he certainly is talented) and he seems very nice but there just isn't that intangible sparkle to him that some of the others have (past and present series).

Actually I don't think anyone has that sparkle this year and most of my friends feel the same. As a result I want Danny to win.

It's all just so subjective though. Danny has that sparkle for me, as does Claudia. However, last year's winner Jay did not.

As good as he was, to me at the launch show and pretty till he cut his hair, Jay looked like a deer caught in the headlights.
Totting back to this years cast, I today tweeted Ore complimenting him and he has just responded saying "Thank you you're too kind".
If I knew how to capture the screen image and post into this thread, I would.
I don't follow sports in any way so before seeing on Strictly, I had no idea who Ore was.
Actually, that said, I had no idea who Greg, Claudia, Danny, Daisy or who Laura were either.

Hurrah! Next week is musicals week. Can you imagine if Ed tries to defy gravity? I mean he's performed a dodgy lift, did Gangnam Style and come down from the roof playing a piano. Who knows what could happen. In all seriousness though I wish him every success. Whilst not necessarily the best dancer, every week he puts himself out there and tries,

Well done Ore for taking the trouble to reply to your tweet. I didnt know who all of those other people were either. Celebrity is certainly stretching it.

Knew: Will, Lesley, Anastacia, Laura, Daisy, Greg and Louise. Didn't know the rest.
As for Jay, a great dancer, but his lack of character/storytelling in most dances was what bothered me. Couldn't get invested in him at all.

Well, I'm looking forward to tonight because (apologies if this sounds mean) I heard in the week that AJ has never ever danced an Argentine tango before - ergo he won't have done the choreography! Claudia stands a chance. Let's just hope she hasn't trodden on the costume lady's croissant again this week and gets a dress worthy of a classy AT.
Worried for Judgey doing the dreaded rhumba. Worried for all of them having to do 2 dances - things can get a bit messy when they start all that.
Looking forward to seeing Gorka's smile.

Don't they generally get outside choreographers for the Argentine Tango anyway?

If there's any justice in the world Louizzzzzzzzze will go this week. Love love LOVE Kevin but she is the dullest contestant to get this far in years.

No way was Louise better than Danny in that cha cha competition, bizarre.
Claudia's Argentine Tango undermarked, deserved at least one 10. Louise's Waltz overmarked as well.
My order this week:
1. Danny 2. Claudia 3. Louise 4. Ore 5. Judge Rinder 6. Ed

Agree Claudia deserved a ten. But Louise has excellent timing and they mentioned that.

Judges making sure Louise goes through and onwards to the final with Danny and Ore.
Producers allowing Ed's star to descend now. Dance off Ed and Rinder, Rinder leaves, Ed goes out next week. Claudia is making up the numbers until it's her turn.

Yes I thought Claudia was undermarked. I really didn't like Ore's Paso. Hated the choreography but the judges loved it - what do I know? So so pleased for Oti. Apparently Samba is her favourite dance so for her to set a Strictly record with it must mean the world. (See the Samba she did with Aljasz to Brandon Flowers which I've already posted in the thread!! ) Felt sorry for Robert as he's so lovely. I think it might be him and Claudia in the Dance Off. I forgot my password and locked myself out of my BBC account so can't vote!!
