Great cast, but not great enough for me to set foot in that awful venue again. I do hope it's good and that everyone enjoys it, but I'm not going to deny I'm relieved that I don't really want to go to this one.

Bug and Dazzle had SUCH exciting casts and this one seems fine, but would be much less of a draw for me.

Starring Sean Campion, Niamh Cusack, Ruta Gedmintas and Matthew Lewis. found111.co.uk/unfaithful/I might give this one a miss. Apart from the fact that there's an Everest-like hike to get to the auditorium, I can't remember the last time I was so uncomfortable at a theatre (Sam Wanamaker Playhouse aside naturally) as this one. The seats were buttock-numbing and it was like a sauna except that everyone had clothes on. On the plus side, I was *this* close to groping James Norton in a frankly rather inappropriate way and the bar staff were delightful.

I might give it a chance.
Is it really THAT uncomfortable? Any seating plan available?

Bit of a curates egg. First performance last night. All four actors are superb. Script a bit hit and miss. One act 65 minutes.
Most uncomfortable conditions I have ever endured in a theatre. So hot and humid. How there were no fainters, I don't know. How the cast do it is a marvel. They were dripping sweat! And not just Matthew L.
Incredible cocktails!

Seeing that tonight. littlesally does that mean the show is no interval and just an hour long?

Is this the auditorium? Those seats look... awful. Anyway, seeing this Sept 3rd.

The seats are fine. The heat is unbearable. But the play is still occupying my thoughts three days after so I guess it engaged and entertained more than I thought. Once again worth stating that the cast is flawless and heroic (in that sauna!) and the cocktails are a huge benefit. Great bar and staff!

Is it find your own seat again with no seat numbers? Any recommendations for side to aim for?

You need to pick/find your seat only once for this I guess as it runs with no interval
Been only once for The Dazzle in January - I was turning blue with cold before Act 1 was over. The show was superb (and provided unique intimacy of space), mind, but I dread to come back there again.. So in summer it's boiling hot.. Nice!

Is it find your own seat again with no seat numbers? Any recommendations for side to aim for? I got myself a front row seat in the middle, on the left side when you enter. But I guess it works pretty much the same from the other side... So - no special seat recommendations, just be there early if you want to sit closer, I queued for an hour. re play itself. After almost ecstatic feeling The Dazzle brought I expected something as intense and strong, but Unfaithful left me rather underwhelmed. Maybe because it is only one hour long and I just didn't had time to connect to the story as deeply as I would want, or maybe it is the way the story is told... Or maybe it is just me. Or them. But summing it up - it felt just as a "good" play, not a "great" one, as The Dazzle. And it is also the most underwhelming show out of 16 theatre visits during my trip. Well, at least I got a nice selfie with Matthew and my facebook friends are very jealous!

Stasia I am jealous of your Matthew selfie I spent Sunday at Harry Potter studios so will settle for my Neville costume pictures haha! The place was freezing in January so I assumed it would be stifling in August! I love the actors in this but think I made the right call in not bothering.

Yep, it was hot in there. As was at the Union, and around most of the London last week

Well, I'm flattered by all the attention, but come on: give me some privacy.
What? Oh, never mind.

Good this. Writing better than I thought. Acting lived up to my expectations. I think this had one more scene, with all four actors. Thought this was where we were going.
