I just received my tickets for Two Strangers and saw a big 150 on the email noting the theatre is celebrating 150 years of existence. (Insert snark here about how not much has changed) And now I see there is a Gala on 24 June to be hosted by Stephen Fry. Proceeds to help the Criterion's program of free tickets to 12-21 year olds (although the gala is noted 14+) We are leaving the UK on 24 June so won't be attending. I don't know how much this has been promoted - or how many tickets have just been handed out - but the booking page shows lots of seats available for purchase. www.criterion-theatre.co.uk/150thanniversarygala?eventid=10401

Did anyone go to this? I assume that it did actually take place but I haven't found any reviews of it or even any comments on social media.
