I hope that it transfers to to West End again Considering it closed due to dire ticket sales, I'd be shocked if it did. The theatre industry isn't exactly at its strongest at the moment so it only stands to do worse than previously, which would make it a guaranteed sinkhole for investors' money. |

I know it’s callous, but ever since Meat Loaf’s death there has been a real appetite for this show and it’s done wonders for ticket sales. Wasn’t Thriller close to closing down before MJ died? Very late to the party on this one but im gutted they decided to cut 'good girls go to heaven' from the tour show. Absolutely love that song

Absolutely love that song It’s sometimes used an an encore, but it seems quite random as to when it’s sung. I miss Land Of The Pig as it showed the darker side of Falco, but I do understand why they cut it. |

Absolutely love that song It’s sometimes used an an encore, but it seems quite random as to when it’s sung. I miss Land Of The Pig as it showed the darker side of Falco, but I do understand why they cut it. Land of the Pig... Rob Fowler's vocal on the recording of that is just incredible. Love the line "... so I can tell you all to bugger off..." It's so Falco! Love the rock scream at the end too. |

I’m afraid that the unthinkable happened on Monday night in Bristol. I left in the interval. The alternate Strat was on and totally rewrote the whole show by being a doughy ginger haired chap in his mid-thirties, playing everything for laughs with an almost knowing wink. For me, this show stands and falls on the audience knowing that the plot is total horse sh!t, but everyone on stage plays it totally straight challenging you to buy into it too. It made it impossible to engage, and whilst he sang it well, I couldn’t get past him not looking like a blonde haired rock god. I had really enjoyed Glenn in Oxford & was looking forward to seeing him again. My Bat has gone down in flames.

I think it might have been Danny - I saw Sam in MK. Vocally good but just not "Strat" in my view. Glenn Adamson has made the role his own - I think he's better than Andrew Polec. Plus my daughters love him, and he seems like a nice decent young man who'd fit in just fine with his peroxide hair, tattoos and bikes.

I think it was Sam Pope, but didn’t see any signs. I quite like Sam, as he plays the role as a slightly wiser version of Strat- v different to Glen but not a bad different. I’ve not been able to catch Danny so not sure how he plays it. I went down for the Wednesday matinee this week with my youngest who wasn’t sure about if they liked Sam’s performance or not, but they had only seen Glen on the tour up to now. Sam is also 2nd cover Falco- I would love to see him in that role at some point but I think he’s only been on once for Falco so far. |

Surprised that this is such a favourite of some board members as only have negative memories of the Colissium show version but having caught its recent touring version at the hippodrome it's had quite the revamp and now actually has a story line as such, still completely bonkers but a much better construction.
Also seems to have had a Disney make over as the grim and dark lines from the original seems to have gone with the orange jumpsuits and hanging prisoners.
The odd f word has been popped in to remind the audience it's a adult show and if you are a wife beater and attempted murderer you can get redemption but changing into a vest, very odd moral centre to the show but one which does hold together much better.

It was a lightening in a bottle type thing for me. Great music, sounded amazing, Andrew Polec was the most mesmerising force I’d ever seen/heard on stage and it was spectacular to look at. My only positive of the touring version is them putting Raven front & centre, and Martha giving a much less whiney reading of it.

Yes, I really wish they hadn't made Falco more aggressive and violent in the tour version, it's so unnecessary, every time I see it I hope they will have removed the part where he smashes Zahara's head against the wall (and then pushes Sloane around) but alas not. |

Has anybody been following the biog videos for the new Las Vegas BOOH cast? They might need to rename it "Bland Out Of Hell". They all seem so terminally dull and cherry-picked off of cruise ships. Is this normal for Las Vegas shows?
