He's cancelled his gig in Islington tonight due to illness so I guess he's still recovering.

Based on what I can gather from Instagram, it seems last night’s show (12th) started with Jordan as Strat but ended with Barney. I wonder what happened there.

And the matinee started with Danielle as Zahara and ended with Rhianne who replaced her mid show in act 2. Sounds like it may have been quite a day!

Anyway, re Bat the covers are equally as good! Oh absolutely! I’m just missing Rob Copeland and I think I would have seen all the covers. Sam is excellent as Ledoux. Young Dream would like to see Gio, but knows they might not at this point (they’ve seen Eric and Sam twice each and day seats this close are looking unlikely with everything else going on at this busy time of the year.) Young’s favourite Strat is Simon! Don't know if you can make it, but Rob's final scheduled Falco show is Friday 21st December. I used to perform with Rob when we were kids living in Kent so it'll be great to see him rock the West End stage in a lead role |

Salt aside, it might fit with the recent report on Broadwayworld where they rumbled about "further exciting news for the future of Bat Out of Hell The Musical to be announced"
Maybe they're not yet ready to go public and she let something slip? Perhaps it will be announced when the show closes in London? Okay, perhaps I'm dreaming but who knows. They also have the US Tour set lying around now and I'm sure the German set will soon become available too...

Glad I got to see this before the end of it's run. Meat loaf's music got me through the terrible teens. I was in an emotional mess at the end of it. Haven't been to the dominion in a while last saw michael flatley there. It was ruddy freezing to day the least.

I hope Jordan recovers soon. He posted on instagram last night that his voice isn't well (he had to stop mid show) and he's taking the next few days off.

He is usually off on Mondays anyway, so hopefully that will help. Having looked at the cast board via twitter, I guess that whatever bug is going round is pretty bad at the moment with the amount of people off. |

Saw it last Tuesday evening as I had a free evening and I always liked Bat out of hell. 25 Pounds for middle row G and no waiting line was another draw ;-) Didnt expect much as I am not a huge musical enthusiast. But I got sucked in so bad. Went to see it again for the Wednesday matinee my other free slot. Didnt regret it at all and I am so sad that it closes on January 5th. I am already back in Germany and would give everything to see it again. It sucks being late to the party ;-) The cast was brilliant. And I loved the loud rock concert atmosphere. The flaws were already pointed out, but it is definitely a comfort muscial that leaves you in a splendid mood. I liked Rob and Sharon especially but also the other ones were really great. So many great voices in one musical. Sadly the version in Germany is sung in German 8-0 How could they butcher these brilliant songs by translating them  I really wish I could go to another show or even the singalong one :-D |

Second visit to Bat today and it was pretty good... I was hoping to catch Christina but unfortunately she was off, and Jordan as well. Great performances by Barney and Georgia and they had an unexpected chemistry, considering they probably haven't performed together lots of times. Olly Dobson was on for Ledoux, can't say I was really impressed. I guess Gio is not coming back? Unless he comes for the last week or so.

I must have looked like the surprised koala during the opening song tonight, thinking what the ... is this?!? My senses felt assaulted and I plotted my escape at the interval. Yeah, this show wasn't for me.😂

Is Gio still listed on the website and everything? Still find it fustrating if so, that his understudy doesn't get their time to shine when it seems the producers are just keeping him on there in an attempt to sell of a couple more tickets with him in the show.
