I'll kick things off....I resolve to write dates on things before I put them in the freezer (writing as I look at a pile of small bags of dubious looking dateless meat thawing out so it can go out for wildlife tomorrow)!

After a year of work related stress including a trip to A&E and subsequent heart monitoring. I need to carry on prioritising my mental health in various ways including Mindfulness and engage in CBT, which should be happening real soon.

I have decided to sign up for a degree with Open University in English Literature and Creative Writing - just for the love of it!
My partner is a bit worried about me managing it on top of a full-time job and my mental health, but considering I spend 3+ hours a day on my phone...
It will not enhance my career in corporate finance. That's another reason I think I'll manage it - it's not a subject I have to study to progress in work, it's something I want to do, a subject I'm interested in.
