Oh yes I'm fine, but thank you very much for asking Jane Parfitt. Just struck by how utterly sad the two events I mentioned are.

I've waited a few days to post about this. It was clearly a tragic event and our thoughts are with her family and friends.
Something clearly happened the night of the incident with her boyfriend and the CPS were in a difficult position. It would probably have been hard to find her guilty if her BF had stood up for her in court or chosen not to answer questions. But there may have been issues raised about her mental health she didn't want to come out etc.
If she was having issues then why hadn't she sought treatment, Ant went away on a couple of occasions to get himself sorted and she had the means to pay for good treatment or even at worse if she becomes an advocate of the place where she would receive help in return for discounted treatment if she couldn't have afforded it.
Also if she had a clearly loving family, why didn't she just go and stay with them if they lived Norfolk way, it was likely quieter around there and there would have been less press intrusion. In London paps will be around celeb areas but travelling out of the capital is less appealing with no definite photo opps.
ITV had no real option but to stand her down from Love Island, there was never indication that she had been sacked or couldn't return to future projects. If she was on bail then going abroad to film would have been a clear issue.
Again another life taken far too soon. Hopefully her family will get the full answers they deserve in due course.

When your head is messed up logic / reasoning doesn't play a part. There's probably cause for her to have been sectioned. I spoke to a friend who's going through a very shaky time in the last few weeks; she was desolate about the news this weekend. If a beautiful talented young woman can't take the pressures of *whatever* what hope is there for her, kind of thing.

When you read about Frankie Bridge having to go into a mental health facility a few years ago I really wish that Caroline had sought help or even needed someone to effectively say "You are going in there". We don't know what help she had or hadn't been receiving but she certainly had lots of concerned friends and family. The decision to proceed with the case is clearly what pushed her to make the final sad decision.

Just throwing this out there...
What did she see on his phone that finally sent her over the edge that night?
People who are abuse sufferers do not blurt out things like 'she is crazy' & 'I was completely normal before I met her', there is far too much shame involved and such information usually has to be coaxed out of victims at a later stage.
He started a smear campaign from day 1.
Why was he so against pressing charges & proceeding with a court case?
If this abuse had been going on for so long, why did he not leave the relationship once it hit this point?
Why despite being told to have no contact was he continually posting stuff to her Instagram account and yet she never once contacted him?
Why is he telling everyone they are still together, posting Valentine's Day pics and calling her 'useless' and then deleting it AFTER it's been reported in the press/online and she has obviously seen them.
His behaviour is all very odd, slightly threatening and taunting like he is still 'in charge' of the situation from afar.
I think he was probably more scared of what was going to come out in court than she was.
Her actions are far closer to those of victims of abuse than his are.

This is my major concern over this; it is not important news, it isn’t in the public interest. It is just gossip spread by media to generate revenue.

If it is a case of abuse where the victim has ended their life I think it is much more important public information than say where Philip Schofield wants to put his penis.

If this whole affair hadn’t been plastered over front pages with those who like reading about that sort of thing subsequently adding their own tuppence worth (despite having zero informationj, it is quite likely that she would still be alive. We’ve already heard about how badly this reporting is affecting others with similar thoughts, it would be better for all concerned to let any legal proceedings take their course instead.

I agree 100% But I would also like to hear the truth of what happened as apposed to what you are describing which was to paint her as something I don't think she neccesarily was. It sounds like a very toxic relationship and in those kinds of relationships it is often appears completely different from the outside to what is actually going on inside it.

And if if it isn't then it's a bunch of journalists looking to fill pages of their rags with speculation.

Don't know if any of you saw the Caroline Flack documentary last night on Channel 4. www.channel4.com/programmes/caroline-flack-her-life-and-deathIt was so sad to see such a waste of a life, but have to say her family were so dignified and she as so well liked and loved by those who knew her. Social media and the vile trolls that said such hateful things have a lot to answer for.
