Can anyone recommend a makeup salon in central London around the St Martins Lane - Shaftesbury Avenue area ? Fancy treating myself to getting my makeup done (not drag just party) prior to a theatre day out in December.
Thanks guys, girls and those who have yet to make up their minds ๐

Ooh Lynette - you got my hopes up that I had an answer there.
Thanks for the welcome anyway. For some reason I thought this forum might have a few boys on it who like to wear makeup.
Maybe I should have asked on the Jamie thread ? ๐๐๐

There's lots of places to choose from - it depends on what you're looking for and whether you want to pay for your makeup to be done or would rather a redeemable service. I work as a makeup artist and freelance a lot in Liberty where most counters will do your makeup either for a small fee or by redeeming on a couple of products. If you want to just pay for the service you can go to any makeup boutique (there's a lot in Covent Garden) or of course there's MAC but you might not like the result as they tend to be quite paint by numbers.. I've got lots of recommended artists in Liberty and also SpaceNK if you want to message me.

I can't recommend anywhere specific but I've seen a few boys have their make up done at Benefit counters.
