Just got a half price ticket through Today Tix to see this next week, has anyone else been to see this production of it yet, or is planning on going before it ends?

I saw it last week and only booked because of Evanna Lynch and managing to get a very cheap ticket. For about the first 15 minutes I honestly could not understand a word they were saying - it took until this time to realise that they were doing Irish accents. Once it got going I started to enjoy it, and there were a few genuinely really moving moments. The performances were good - the two of them had heaps of energy, but the play itself wasn't really to my taste. I'm glad I saw it, but won't be rushing back.

Cheers, I saw the film with Cillian Murphy when it came out ages ago but can't remember much about it, thought I'd give this version a go.

Enjoyed this - not one to see if you struggled with the accents in The Ferryman (part of my enjoyment of seeing this was seeing the expressions on the faces of some of the audience on the other side of the room - basically 'WTF?') and I'm not sure if it is the sort of thing that is worthy of a 20th Anniversary rebranding but it didn't outstay its welcome and was entertaining. Probably helps if you know some of the music that is used but I think it is worth seeing (I think it finishes this weekend, at Trafalgar Studios anyway)
