There is something absurd about Hiddleston - I can't quite put my finger on what it is. He's a complete geek - he's wildly enthusiastic about the things he likes - he can't resist performing, he has lots of nervous energy and (at times) poor impulse control. He's a goof and well aware - has actually said - how easily he can be mocked. The urge to perform started as wanting to make people laugh, and he plays the fool really quite well in his earlier work. I think the whole movie star, suave image has taken him by surprise. At heart he's a clown.

If only you had access to some sort of machine where you could perhaps search for information on topics you claim not to know about...
But it's a quiet day at work so a quick fill-in. Actor, British, has played: Cloten/Posthumus in Cheek By Jowl's Cymbeline. Michael Cassio in the Donmar's Othello. Dr Lvov in the Donmar West End's Ivanov. Caius Marcius in the Donmar's Coriolanus.
So he's still a bit of a whippersnapper but has a few theatre credits under his belt. Also, if you've got this far in the thread, you might have noticed he's also a Golden Globe winner for a TV series called The Night Manager.....

Whilst im familiar with him I seriously dont see what all the fuss is about. Thank you all the same for your kind efforts to fill me in.
