Her versus Aubrey Plaza on Hot Ones Versus will be up tonight at 6pm (I believe, if I've got the conversion right...)

Is this supposed to be funny? I wonder how much they got paid to submit themselves to this rubbish.

Whether you personally like the content or not, Hot Ones (in its various forms) is arguably one of the most significant stops that a person/project can make on a press tour right now. For online culture at least!

Looks like COVID has already hampered The Roommate on Broadway. Both performances today cancelled with Mia Farrow having tested positive. Not sure why they aren't going ahead with the understudy though.

I wouldn't trust her neighbours when they bring her chicken soup. They look like a strange bunch. 😉

I get it, but I feel like the Palladium wouldn't have cancelled dates if Imelda Staunton were ill, for example. If that's the case, then why employ an understudy at all?

If that's the case, then why employ an understudy at all? They have to employ an understudy for union reasons. I would say a 2 hander is slightly different to a huge musical with a big cast and orchestra.
