Always love to go to a new theatre in a new (to me) town. So despite knowing nothing about this couldn't resist going to it. On a Sunday too! Lovely old-style theatre, by the way, with very friendly staff.
This is theatre meets stand-up, with a clever deconstruction and reconstruction of various chick-flicks from a feminist perspective written and performed with verve and chutzpah by New York City comedians Kerry Ipema and KK Apple. Jokes, singing, dancing, slapstick and plenty of asides and audience involvement make this a funny and entertaining evening.
Currently touring and due to have a week's residence at the Leicester Square Theatre in the last week of June.

I saw this at the Fringe last year and really enjoyed it. Absolutely hilarious even if you're not familiar with one of the films they parody.
