I know Guy Pierce can sing- though I don't know if he released any singles or if he did, had any chart success.
I once saw him back home in a production of Grease as Danny Zuko.

Natalie Bassingthwaighte (Izzy) had a big hit with Rogue Traders called Voodoo Child, it even got featured prominently in a Doctor Who episode.

I'd got Holly in my list in my head and had forgotten to type her. I'd forgotten about Natalie Bassingthwaighte's band but they do ring a bell now. Izzy was back in Neighbours before it finished hopefully she will be back in reboot.
Doing a bit more digging Stephanie McIntosh who played Sky Mangle had a top 5 album in Oz in 2006.

How many Neighbours stars had chart success ? Kylie Jason Stefan Dennis Delta Goodrem Craig McLachlan Natalie Imbruglia Dan Falzon had a band called Milk Plus Madge and Harold and the Twins both released less successful records. Plus there have been cameos from Pet Shop Boys, Denise Van Outen and Sophie Ellis Bextor. Anyone think of anymore? There was a pair of twins on the show in the 90s (Alessi Twins?), one of them ended up as Paul Robinson's wife (on the show I mean). I'm pretty sure they put out at least one single, though whether it made any sort of impression on the charts I've no idea.

It was the Alessi twins in real life Gayle and Gillian Blakeney their one single made the top 75. They relocated to America and both had families, Gayle had twins herself. They did a cameo in Neighbours in 2019/20 and looked as if they had a mirror in the attic as they hadn't really aged.

Tension arrived a day early here, it's an absolute banger!

This is easily Kylie's best album since Fever. Every song is a banger, Story is my favourite. I hope she announces a proper tour!

I'd assume she'd be looking to do some sort of tour in UK in due course. She is doing the 20 date Vegas residency in November, December,January then March, April and May. I don't see her doing UK shows this year as Concert Halls/Arenas would be booked for November, December when she has 3 week gap in Vegas shows. But all February is free and mid March until mid April so that would seem logical for UK shows.
We don't know if Vegas shows are an "exclusive" deal whereby she can only do shows there between the first and last dates. Also I'd guess she'd want to do similar sized UK concert halls to the one in Vegas if we assume that is the show she'd tour the UK with.
A London residency would seem logical IMO.

Did anyone attend the Kylie Tension pop-up shop in the weekend?
The album was released last Friday and from Friday- Sunday (22nd-24th Sept) in London at the old Tower Records site near Piccadilly Circus there was a pop-up shop.
I was there by about 10 am, with a massive, slow but steadily moving queue in front of me. I had to wait about 90 minutes to get in.
Security was pretty tight, with one or two security officer monitoring the queue, one security officer monitoring the doors and another cross referencing the receipt to the items in the bag.
They had costumes worn in the Pandam video and for the new single.
There were selling the album- vinyl, CD and cassette.
There were also selling candles, perfume, various items of clothing, slippers, Kylie champagne, signed lithographs, beach towels- that sort of thing.
Personally I found all pretty pricey but despite the cost of living crisis, I didn't see anyone walk out with having purchased something. And whatever was purchased was placed inside a large bag with the Tension CD cover design on it. And some people had multiple bags!

What can I say, Ms Minogue is a popular girl. As I say, I was there Saturday morning and apparently Kyle was there on the Friday.

I've had it pretty much on a loop since Friday, it's joint-second in my album rankings with Light Years (Fever is first!). I could've done without Hands or Love Train but otherwise it's a blinder 😁

I'm probably the only one, but both Tension and Padam pale in comparison to the 80's genius of Story, Still Get Me High and Things we do for Love for me. Story is probably my fave! Congrats Queen of Pop on your 4th consecutive Number 1 album!

No I agree with you, a lot of the rest of the album is stronger than the singles so far.
