Well I'd pay to see Mr Banderas on stage even if the musical was rubbish.

It’s so ridiculous to say this will play Spain, London and Broadway. It might be terrible and won’t at all.

Picasso is such an interesting person - I'd love to see a musical about him, especially one that doesn't sugar-coat him, but treats the subject intelligently.
I also think Stephen Schwartz is the perfect composer/lyricist for this - he has a knack of finding a left-field approach to writing character-driven songs. But I'm not counting my chickens, as his last few projects haven't really come to anything as have disappeared without trace.
