New musical film
According to IMDM
Director Nick Winston said: "Tomorrow Morning is the story of one couple seen in two separate timelines, a decade apart. This is a story of life, love, misunderstanding and hope... a universal and timeless tale"
Starring Samantha Barks, Ramin Karimloo, Joan Collins, Omid Djalili, Anita Dobson, Henry Goodman, Harriet Thorpe & Fleur East
The musical follows the relationships of what at first seems like two different couples separated by a span of time; one couple is getting married and the other is getting divorced. It turns out they are actually the same couple at two points in their relationship-a decade apart.
Looks like a lot of fun.
Apparently adapted from an off-Broadway show

That's probably where they got the idea of casting her.

I saw the stage production in 2010 at the (now closed) Landor theatre. Must say I don't remember much about it at all.

I too initially thought this sounds like a The Last 5 Years concept but not having seen it, I'm not in a position to judge.
I too saw the production of The Last 5 Years at The Other Palace with both Samantha Barks & Jonathan Bailey. I met Jason Robert Brown that night and had a photograph taken with him.
Not knowing a great deal about this I did think it a bit odd that given it was on off-Broadway production that it has (primarily) a British cast.
For me, this looks really good and hopefully will do well.

It's a strong cast but to be honest the trailer didn't do much for me. It looks like it's been filmed on the cheap/basic direction. It reminds me of those afternoon movies you get on channel 5

I also saw the production at the Landor in Clapham, starring Jon Lee from S Club 7. I hope “The Pool Guy” is in the movie - I love that song.

I found the trailer rather odd - for some reason, I found it a bit...downbeat? Except for the 'all singing, all dancing' bit at the end, which doesn't seem to fit with the rest.
Also - why is Joan Collins dressed as Peggy Mitchell from Eastenders?

I thought I would bump this thread as the release date is 6th September but it doesn't appear to be in many cinema's at all and then for one showing only.

Yes, very disappointing it’s only doing a limited release for one day. It seems to be well sold at the one I checked but I can’t do Tuesday typically!

Oh how disappointing, I’d have definitely have gone to see this on the big screen if it was more accessible! Just one show on at a time when I am working. It looks like a great cast.
Wonder when/if it will be available to stream, that must be what they’re thinking.

Finally found this online and I'm realising why it struggled to get noticed before disappearing completely....it's dreadful. I'd watch Samantha and Ramin forever but this is just a turgid flat tuneless mess. They're so talented but wasted in this, neither looks comfortable and they're not believable as a couple. The 12-year age gap doesn't help, as good as Ramin looks for 44!

Flew to Australia last Christmas and this was actually on the in-flight entertainment... It was the perfect thing to send me to sleep for the remainder of the flight!
