This is a ticketing agent, that deals with bookings via the Internet, this is used for a lot of smaller theatres, such as St James, Chichester Festival and Sheffield Theatres etc.
I am having major problems using their booking system on my Ipad, it will get stuck in a rut of trying to load then fail and will do this repeatedly.
Anyone else having similar problems.

I've heard lots of grumbles about this system from Ipad users- it's probably not just you.

I had to accept cookies to get Spektrix to work, so if you block those, you could try enabling them temporarily. But I don't know anything about Apple products, so maybe that doesn't apply.

The 3 venues I have mentioned on my original post, I have had problems booking with, so this problem isn't venue specific, but happens when I try to book with a venue that uses this software.
I am now off to Sheffield to see a show, but ticketless, lucky when I tried to book last night I saw the venue had only sold half its seats, so hopeful to get a ticket from the box office. Just hope they don't give away a load of tickets to school groups, to fill the empty seats.

Have those that are having problems tried downloading another browser on their iPad? There's google chrome or mozilla firefox both for iPad and there's lots of times where I've had issues with booking systems on Safari on my iPad, tried it on one of them and it's worked.
Give it a go!

This see,s the first they have heard of this, I would of thought merchants would of complained, as there is a potential loss of revenue.
But great you passed on this thread and also great they've promised to come back with feedback and hopefully a solutions.
If I can assist in anyway, I be happy to do so.
