For those of you who don't know the voice of Rumer here are a couple of clips:

The first track is the Bacharach classic, quite timely now. The second is a song from her soon to be released album Nashville tears.

I love her voice , it is so soothing and Karen Carpenteresque!

I've never heard of her but rather enjoyed listening to the Bacharach number and yes there is a similarity to Karen Carpenter.
So I'm just downloading and listening to her album Seasons of my soul.
Quite relaxing whilst working from home today.

That is a great album. I have all her albums and hope you enjoy it. Her voice does have a relaxing quality to it.
