I've never seen Lily Allen act, so I would be interested to see her in this play, I assume she'll be playing Katurian. Very much looking forward to Steve Pemberton, I like him anyway, but I think this material will really suit him.

I can only speak to prices for the Upper Circle, which have changed today. What was £15 the last two day - for previous bookers - has now become £39.50 (plus extortionate booking fee) for the general public. Agree, Rush is the way forward.
Looks to be part of a post-Covid trend in the West End?

I do not in any way mean to diminish the elevation in prices for UK theatre, but having just paid $189 USD for a mid-mezzanine seat in the States, I remain forever jealous.

Pricey!!! Limited view back row of upper circle £39.50 Restricted view in stalls £70. £70-£125 seems to cover most of it. It does look like a bunch of seats in stalls are held back across dates so hopefully some Rush tickets. £70 for restricted view? They can shove that.

Cricket I a going to hold off booking this. Maybe this is discussion for another thread but it seems ridiculous with the cost of living crisis that they are charging so much for tickets. I myself am becoming a bit more weary of booking things unless I find a good deal. Thank god some theatres (mainly non west end) have tickets at accessible price bands.

Perhaps hoping she pulls in the girl/now mumsy squads.
Could be dynamic pricing with a Lily Allen twist, and a TodayTix backup. What a time to be alive.

I've never seen Lily Allen act... Who has? Well, all the people who saw her Olivier-nominated performance in 2:22...

Was looking forward to this because I know the writing is going to be exceptional, no matter who's cast.
ATG dynamic pricing save us please! Was planning a trip whilst this was on but don't think I will any more. Might just pick up a copy of the script.

Well, all the people who saw her Olivier-nominated performance in 2:22... Unfortunately, I was one of them, so my question stands. To be fair, I couldn't resist the cheap gag. Allen wasn't terrible; she just wasn't anywhere near West-End quality, and I was miffed that I was paying full whack for a sub-standard performance. As for the correlation between award nominations and actual talent...

Having watched the 'The Banshees of Inisherin' recently, I'm reminded that (in general) actors tend to do really good work in a McDonagh piece. With this being such a strong script, I have high hopes.
When this was announced first time round with Steve Pemberton and Aaron Taylor Johnson, where the other 2 actors announced too? I can't remember. I'm interested to see who will be joining the cast.

I filled out the form on ATG’s website this morning with a question about my order and they responded to me within two hours, so the website form definitely works, as well.

PWYC lottery was much smoother than it was for Prima Facie. In within about 5 minutes and got tickets for Tuesday.

Had zero luck in the lottery, but after a bit of queuing my friend was able to get in and book without issue. Seats seem decent too!
