Considering this is supposed to start previews from 1 October, shouldn't tickets be on sale by now? Strangely enough it’s also no longer listed on the Criterion website, as it previously was. However, the producer (David Pugh) tweeted about the show four days ago, so that’s a good sign that it’s still going ahead.

However, the producer (David Pugh) tweeted about the show four days ago, so that’s a good sign that it’s still going ahead. That's encouraging. The show has built up almost no following at all on social media, 114 followers on Twitter, six followers on Facebook and 17 on Instagram, not that any content has been shared via the official channels since the original announcement in May. Really hope it's still happening but hard to see how they can build any sort of advance, if 1 October is still the target for the first preview, if it's not being promoted anywhere and there's no indication of when tickets will go on sale.

According to the box office, the run’s still going ahead, but pushed back a week.

Not a selling point I remember seeing before:
"Book early to secure clear view!"

What a lovely surprise this show was. I wasn't really sure what to expect but given that the preview performances were only £25 thought it worth taking a gamble on over the weekend. I'm so glad I did - it's really rather wonderful - very clever, very funny and at times, rather moving. The brilliance of the show is that the fantastic cast of five play all the parts and it works brilliantly thanks to Isobel McArthur's cracking adaptation and some stellar performances - it's still faithful to the story so you completely get Pride and Prejudice...I can't wait to go back again!

Do you miss alot of the references if you haven't read or seen 'Pride and Prejudice' before, or can you go in and still enjoy it?

Saw this tonight and really enjoyed it. It was so funny, my cheeks are aching from smiling the whole time. The time goes by in a flash, the laughs keep coming. Honestly I don’t think this show would’ve been any worse if it was just a play, rather than adding in songs; but I get why they did it & it was a fun change of pace sometimes. The entire cast is superb.

This was an absolute delight. Don't go expecting a musical, because it really isn't one, but do go expecting to have a really great night. There is nothing I hate more than that awkward 'actors on stage before the show actually starts' thing where everyone in the audience goes really quiet but nothing is actually happening, so when this show started the way it does, I was totally on board :') Definitely one I need to go back to!

Not sure I can give any advice, I'm afraid. It didn't give me any trouble at all. I just copied and pasted the code and it let me have a £29.50 ticket for £17.50. I tested it on a top price ticket to see what it reduced it down to (£35) and that worked too, although I didn't checkout with that one. Edit - just tested it again and still working for me!

You'll love it, our david, as will everyone else. It was the first first night last night, and it's the second first night tonight. Got that? I'll eat my bonnet if we don't see only 4 and 5 star reviews. Still not a musical, though.

I remember Isobel MacArthur actively saying "this isn't a musical". Very good though! Maybe should move section.

5 stars from me! It felt like something written by Victoria Wood! The writer is incredibly talented. Very clever, very witty and lots and lots of laughter!
Sheridan Smith got everyone on their feet at the end. Champagne was passed around with wedding cake and Iron Bru set out in the bar area to enjoy.
Great night. Booked to see it again in a few weeks.
Agree with the above post, it most certainly isn’t a musical. However I’m very glad it’s in this category or else I probably would’ve missed it.

He's so completely out of touch with reality that it's hard to say if this is comic or tragic. Welcome to the real theatregoing world Mark. I guess.

Glad to see the vast majority of theatregoers at the Criterion over the last two nights loved this.
The raves this is getting on social media (and on here) are so well deserved.

I desperately hope this picks up momentum. Sales really don't look good, but it's a fantastic show! Fingers crossed a parade of good reviews gets some more seats sold.

Bless him, I would’ve happily swapped my extreme side view in the circle for his cushty 2nd row Dress Circle seat. The levels of narcissism he displays are unreal.
