ATG membership for £25 has been resurrected and now available till the 10th Oct.
Assuming it is open to everyone.

I'm trying to book for Trafalgar Studios via ATG and it whacks on a transaction fee despite me being logged in to my account. Is that normal for Trafalgar Studios as it's not actually an ATG theatre any more? The membership site says "no transaction fees on all shows" though! Anyone managed to book for Trafalgar without a transaction fee, or got it refunded later?
Thanks!

I was charged last time I booked for the Trafalgar and had a battle with ATG to get my £3.50 back. Apparently there is now no way of avoiding a fee - not even if booking in person, I was told when I called in to ask. So I don't go there any more.

Thanks for that. In that case I'll book and then try having an argument later!

The trafalgar studios website says So maybe this has changed? Maybe, and it would be great if it had. Not only does it deter people from booking but it's another of those disproportionate fees which clobbers people (like me!) booking a single, cheapish ticket. A pain to have to go back to check though, and then perhaps to book: further reports welcome.
