Just saw that there's a production at The Capitol Theatre in Sydney starting May 15 - July 7th. I'm wondering if anyone as details on whether this is the London or New York production?

I just located the website for the Capitol Theatre. It's definitely the Broadway version as Candy Man is included in the score. Shame, I love the darkness of the London production and saw it twice. Could only make it through the Broadway production once.
I'm still tempted as my hotel is three short blocks away.

I hated this horrible musical. Such a missed opportunity and I think everyone knew it. They should have kept all the film songs and written some new ones (different composer) and kept the set of London with a new chocolate river or something. Not one production got this right sadly.
