One of my fave features of another board which shalt not be named is a thread where we can upload photos of new west end front of house 'marquees' (signage) when we spot them, as well as historic photos of our favourite marquees. Tip: you can upload images to imgur.com then click the Insert Image button above, and paste in the Imgur URL. I'll kick off with the dearly departed Billy Elliot, Victoria Palace.

Probably because it was the first West End show I saw, but the marquee for the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the Palladium will always stay in my mind and bring back the lovely memory of seeing the show. Sadly marquees like this won't be used as it's been replaced by screens, but it still looks great now the facade has had a fresh lick of paint.
