Forget Ryan Murphy, I vote for our @ryan as showrunner. 🙂 When is @ryan going to get on tv? As much as I enjoy him here surely we shouldn't be selfish and limit his impact

Given that Mercurio has said today that only about a dozen people know who H is, I don't think we will find out this season. Otherwise the entire cast and crew would be aware (or perhaps they filmed multiple scenes just to keep people guessing)
My best guess is that Hastings will be exposed as H - because he has been set up to appear that way. Anna Maxwell Martin will take over AC-12 and the next season will be about proving his innocence and exposing the real H

I mean, it can't be that hard can it?

Pretty much. I think we can all agree that it's the only role where all of my skills can be utilised to their best advantage really.

So, @ryan, if you are going for world domination as a way to utilise ALL of your skills, does that mean rather than H, we should refer to you as WD40?

At moments like this I think to myself, "what would the Duchess of Kent do?". So let's just say that she was the last person seen giving a sugar lump to Shergar back in the day and leave it at that.

I've been the only person in the UK not watching this, but my mum has raved about it for years, and I was back there over Easter so watched Sunday's episode with them. I thought Rochenda Sandall was an undercover cop, but maybe that's too obvious. I didn't recognise her, and kept wondering why she looked familiar, and it wasn't til today that I realised she was in The Nap (and was undercover/double dealing in that, which is maybe why I assumed she was fake in LoD too).
Anyway, I got home yesterday, and watched all of series 1 today, and enjoyed it a lot. I struggle to take Martin Compston as a good guy after seeing him in In Plain Sight, and hearing him being English seems so odd.
I'm about to start series 2, woo!

I think I enjoyed 2 & 3 the best. Enjoy 😊 Those might be the peak for me as well. Not sure I want to say why, though - it relates to one character and that actor's performance. They're also before it started to go a bit daft, though still highly enjoyable and compelling.

I think Keeley Hawes was just amazing in this so the episodes with her were my favourites also. But it's the most gripping thing ever. And living in Belfast, you stumble upon them filming quite regularly so it's always fun to try to spot the locations when it airs.

I really like Belfast, must get back there some time soon. In a recent interview Martin Compston said he switches from his native Scottish accent into Arnott's south London as soon as she steps off the plane at Belfast and retains it for the entire duration of filming.

The first series was filmed in and around Birmingham but they do manage to keep the cityscape looking pretty generic so it could be anywhere in the UK.
It is far more convincing than the Morse franchise every was with Oxford - where you would see them driving down one street, turn left and suddenly be in a completely different part of the city that could never connect!

That happens in LOD as well but if you didn't know Belfast you wouldn't make the connection. I walked past Martin Compston out jogging this time! The apartments they use for Steve Arnott's place is down the road from me and they closed the road off on Halloween night to film there.

I have such a crush on Ted Hastings that it's almost embarrassing.
ALMOST.

Well that woke me up. Anna Maxwell Martin rocks. Best bit of acting I've seen in ever. I hope they throw all the awards at her. After all, let's face it, no one else involved is even worthy of making the tea at the awards ceremonies - and that includes the writer.
Who the heck were the people in the car talking about a job interview?

If Kate and Steve use the word mate much more I may not be responsible for what I do to my laptop. Still not convinced Hastings could speed type.

The interview is clearly for Ryan to join the Police - troubled lad made good sort of thing.
AMM was particularly obnoxious - almost too much so. Could she be H? Setting up a fellow officer to cover her own tracks...

Well not long to go before hopefully all will be revealed! Although how clear it will all be is anyone's guess! Still riveting tv.

If Ted was corrupt, he would be far better at hiding his tracks. He knows what to look for...

Yes I am sure Ted is not corrupt but no idea what the outcome will be , which I guess is a sign of a great drama.

Oh I agree I don't think it's Ted, just he has rather helped whoever it is set him up.
