Typical of musical theatre that anything goes (pardon the pun).
It's a disgraceful message for ITV to send out. Abuse is bad but in a musical theatre environment it's fine...

Did anyone go? I couldn't be bothered in the end to go all that way for a rather lacklustre "stars" list.

I went, and I'm glad I did. It was my first experience of being in a tv audience and it was fun to see how it all works. It took about 3.5-4 hrs from getting in to the end, but Barrowman and the warm-up guy kept us entertained during all the scene changes. It was not the list of celebrities that was posted online, I'm guessing that version will be filmed today.

I'll let ITV share that when they are ready to, but it wasn't anyone particularly exciting.

Mark can correct me but I think they recorded All Star Musicals at the Troubadour in Wembley which has been used for TV shows before like the Little Mix show and The Masked Dancer.

Next show: presenter Alex Beresford, rugby player Danny Care, soap actresses Lisa George and Jacqueline Jossa, James Bond actor Colin Salmon, and presenter Michaela Strachan.
The tunes are from Frozen, Les Misérables, 42nd Street and Hamilton, and a special performance from the stars of The Phantom of the Opera.
Elaine Paige, Samantha Barks and Trevor Dion Nicholas will be judging and John Barrowman presenting.

I've seen a few pics of the upcoming episode, Alex Beresford and Wendi Peters look good in their costumes but not sure on Jac Jossa.

Wendi Peters wasn't in it. I was at the recording for this one.

I don't think Wendi Peters is in it. Liza George from Corrie is in it. She plays Beth in the soap. (Craig's mum and Kirks wife).

This is on tonight at 7.30.
All I remember from last time is that Samantha Barks had a really lovely dress!

Of course 😀
Michaela tapped better than she sang. I recognised one of the dancers who was in the cast of 42nd Street.

Not the most important thing, but I really don't like Jacqueline Jossa's dress. It looks like somebody's stuck some extra material on a wedding dress.
Until the lights came up I didn't actually realise it was turquoise/blue.

Alex Beresford was the winner which I'm not sure I agree with as I thought Lisa George was better vocally.
Would be interesting to know what the show was like being filmed.
