I thought this could be an interesting (and geeky) discussion! I know that I often pass a theatre and think I'd love to see such and such play or musical there (even if it's highly unlikely) So share your thoughts! Here are some of mine...
Adelphi: Dear Evan Hansen Palladium: More big revivals of classic musicals eg Camelot, The Music Man, South Pacific Savoy: A snazzy revival of Anything Goes Donmar: Parade and Cabaret again! Perhaps also The Weir, a great play for the intimate setting. Noel Coward: Come From Away The Other Palace: Jason Robert Brown's next musical Marble Arch Theatre: The Great Comet of 1812

Personally: Gielgud: Dear Evan Hansen Drury Lane: Cam Mac's Mary Poppins Regents Park Open Air: Sunday in the Park w/ George Lyceum: Moulin Rouge (If they get it right in Boston/NY) (Or The Palace, imagine the Windmill above the external canopy!) Waltons Music Hall: Bandstand

I'd love to see Poppins at Drury Lane or the Dominion - both have a lovely amount of flying space above the auditorium! I'd love to see Come From Away and Dear Evan Hansen take up the small musical/play houses, such as the Gielgud and Noel Coward. Waitress at the Adelphi. Mean Girls at the Savoy. Groundhog Day at the Piccadilly. Spongebob at the Palladium for a limited summer season. Frozen at the Prince Edward. Anything other than Thriller Live at the Lyric

Just to also add - I don't think it could ever sustain a run there commercially, but I think Newsies would look fantastic at the Prince Edward.

Loving a lot of these suggestions, but DEH at the Adelphi? Guys the show is TINY, the Adelphi would swallow it up whole.
For me:
Gielgud: Dear Evan Hansen Noel Coward: Come From Away Piccadilly: Groundhog Day Savoy: Mean Girls Novello: Waitress Adelphi: Hello, Dolly/Anastasia/Something Rotten?!

Newsies could probably have sold ok at the Adelphi when it was still open on Broadway. I think the time for that is passed now. Plus, Disney wouldn't do a musical at the Adelphi...would they?

If Dolly ever came for a limited run, the Palladium is the place for it.
