I just really want some new blood. We haven't had a new-to-Wicked lead Elphaba since Rachel Tucker (6 years!) and Savannah must have been there at least 3 years by now? I can see why people want promotions for their favourite standbys (I was the same with Nikki on the first tour) but I just think it's time for some new witches to have a go. Well, based on what tam63 said, Carly Anderson might be Glinda on the tour. She's new to Wicked |

I believe we are finally getting the cast announcements tomorrow, my friend seems to be fairly positive of his sources information so I have my fingers crossed! Any idea who his sources are? |

He got the information from the company manager of the new tour itself, so unless my friends has relayed the details to me incorrectly, I have no reason to doubt the honesty of it, please don't shoot the messenger if it ends up not being true!

3 weeks ago tomorrow, someone said on a forum that the London production manager had told them there would be an announcement in the next 2-3 weeks. It will have been exactly 3 weeks tomorrow since that person said that on the forum. So there should be an announcement any day now. If the guy was telling the truth, it should be today, because I think such announcements are always made on Mondays and Fridays

Never have I felt so ashamed. From now on I will just expect the worst from the news situation, much like I do in every other aspect of my life. That was I will never be disappointed and my being correct will mean a lot more!

If there isn't one tomorrow or Monday, the person who said there would be an announcement within 2-3 either lied or had bad intel |

Yeah I agree, I would say more likely London if anything but either way I think she'd make a killer Elphaba! Her Scara was one of my favourites after Sabrina, who also needs to be Elphaba in my eyes!
