Myself and daniel were having this same conversation last night. I only have four shows booke thus far... closing night of American in Paris, Pippin, Fun Home and Company. Additionally, to keep in the stagey theme, Sheridan's tour too. Just saw Fun Home for the first time here in Providence RI this past Sunday night. Touring company is incredible!! I can't imagine that Broadway or West End cast could have been better.

Very easy to reply to this topic! Not a single ticket. I just can't get them in advance because of work.

Absolute Hell, Strictly Ballroom, Chess, The Rink, Jerusalem, Fun Home, Company and A Very Very Very Dark Matter. I presume you're describing Chess when you discover the casting? Well call me a cockeyed optimist, but I sincerely hope I'll be The Grinning Man! (On my list but you didn't quote it...)

Band/singer wise, I've got Arcade Fire, Suggs, Franz Ferdinand and Morrissey lined up (not on the same bill however).

I've got the whole of the RSC summer 18 season booked, but nothing else aside from that. I wish I could be organised enough to book ahead for all the things I want to see but at the mo I barely know what I'm doing next week, let alone 6 months from now.

Quite a bit, though wondering if I've been hasty and if I waited a bit better tickets / returns / later releases might pop up closer to the dates (esp with the NT stuff). Cheap advance train travel is an issue for me though.

Oh good, @theatremonkey and MrBunbury have made me feel better about the fact I'm rapidly approaching 40 since Old Vic booking opened earlier today. And several of you are way ahead of the game with 2019 bookings, impressive stuff!

Monster (usual for me too) and Brief (front row), so if we find someone who's only got Sylvia, we'll have completed the set between us. That said, I may yet be convinced to try for £10 preview tickets for the others depending on casting. (I don't really know Bergman, is there a role for Andrew Scott in that one...?)

38 shows booked for next year and 13 left to see in 2017. I had no idea the first figure was quite so high!
Still to See in 2017: Little Women; Pirates Of The Carabina (Flown); Crazy For You; Nativity; Top Hat; Daisy Pulls It Off; The Grinning Man; Romantics Anonymous; The Lost Boy Peter Pan; Pinocchio; Dear Brutus; Barnum; The Lion The Witch And The Wardrobe.
Booked for 2018: Jersey Boys; The Woman In White; Lady Windermere's Fan; Bananaman; Cirque du Soleil (Ovo); Mischief Movie Night; Belleville; Eugenius; Teddy; Brief Encounter; Summer and Smoke; The Exorcist; The Little Match Girl (And Other Happier Tales); Matthew Bourne's Cinderella; Wicked; Education Education Education; The Game Of Love and Chai; Paint Your Wagon; Attrape Moi; The Flying Lovers Of Vitebsk; The Little Mermaid; Caroline Or Change; Tina; The Jungle Book; Sunshine On Leith; Titanic; An Officer And A Gentleman; Hamilton; Chess; Fun Home; The Rink; Legally Blonde; Love From A Stranger; Home I'm Darling; Dusty; Sweet Charity; Company; Matilda.
Will definitely be booking Spring Awakening and Aspects of Love at the Hope Mill Theatre as soon as they go on sale, as well as Classic Spring’s An Ideal Husband at the Vaudeville and Little Shop Of Horrors at the Open Air Theatre. I saw Pippin and Strictly Ballroom in their pre-West End runs and would happily see both again but haven’t booked either so far.
As usual, I’ll be spending much of August at the Edinburgh Fringe. Accommodation booked for the first ten days of the festival as well as for a second visit for five days in the final week. Roll on February when the first shows go on sale and the colour coordinated planning spreadsheet can whirl into action once again!

So far I have 14 plays booked, 6 in London, 7 in Stratford and 1 in Birmingham, 1 opera in London and 13 ballet performances, 6 in London and 7 in Birmingham. The majority of these are in the first four months of the year but the furthest away I have is Macbeth in Stratford in September. I am fully expecting this list to become longer!
