So this thing starts at 7. I'm planning on going for a meal at the Montague Pike Wetherspoons across the road beforehand (Tuesday steak night). if anyone would like to join me, you're more than welcome. I plan on arriving there between 5:30-6pm. It's under at tenner. If not, that's okay too. I will meet those attending at the venue.
If you would like to join me, just PM me on the night so I can look out for you and give you directions as to where I'm sitting.

Id love to go but I know naff all about plays and although all my friends think I am the fountain of all knowledge relating to musicals, I am probably useless compared to many people on here. Unless its Sondheim of course............

The good thing about being a team is that different people have different strengths so i wouldn't worry at all that you don't know much about plays and anyway, it's just a bit of fun. The TheatreBoard Team is looking a bit thin on the ground ahead of tomorrows event so if you would like to go, then we'd definitely love to have you on team TheatreBoard! Go for it! And if you do, then let us know.  |

(At this stage) it looks like there's a very good chance that I'll be arriving with West End Cub, so count us in as part of the team.
Last theatre quiz that went to at the Theatre Cafe (anyone remember that?) asked the following question.
What is the names of the three hyenas in The Lion King? I know only one.

I've decided today I'm coming down with my girlfriend - how many people do we have from here for the team now? We may have enough to form two smaller teams and have our own friendly rivalry going on.. I think there are 3 people. You are your girlfriend i think could still join the TheatreBoard Team and it be within the limits. AnnieK, Anthony40 and WestEndClub are the members going if you wanted to organise with them meeting up or identifying each other. Have fun everyone, that is the main point of course but also if you can, please spread our good name around and tell people about TheatreBoard. We did have stickers made for you all to wear but they somehow got lost in the post  |

And we won by quite a margin too - 69/76, the second place team had 63 and the joint 3rds (all four of them) on 62. Very enjoyable evening had by all! I'm sure the winner photos will emerge sooner or later |
