Hopefully this will transfer like the other Zeller plays so I can see it more cheaply than Menier prices!

Hopefully this will transfer like the other Zeller plays so I can see it more cheaply than Menier prices! I've loved all the Zeller plays we've had in London so far but the reason I am able to attend the theatre so often is that I buy affordable tickets... Their prices are disgraceful.

Hmmm. I loved The Father, but I hated The Truth, so I will wait and see what the feedback is for this one before deciding whether to hope for a transfer or not.

Souffles, Brownies and Cupcakes...? The Menier's cutesy names for the various levels of their supporters scheme. 'Cos it's a *chocolate* factory, geddit? (Yeah, I think it's laboured too.)

I'm not a big play person but I really enjoyed The Truth so looking forward to hopefully seeing it. I think I'd rather see it at the Menier as prefer the intimacy of the venue.

Please forgive me, but what is the relationship between this and the Truth? Is it the same story but seen with the focus on the other characters?

Yeah, I think it's laboured too But "Milk / Plain / Dark" could get you into trouble with Race Relations. Buttons, Malteasers, Bars probably needs copyright clearance. Hard, melted and soft, well, say no more... Side track: Richard Branson originally wanted to call his airline classes "Upper, Middle and Riff-Raff." Only one of those names survived. Should have been Magenta, Columbia and Riff Raff

Please forgive me, but what is the relationship between this and the Truth? Is it the same story but seen with the focus on the other characters? The characters have the same names but as far as I can make out they are not the same people. It's another comedy like 'The Truth' rather than a more serious piece like 'The Father' and 'The Mother'.

The characters have the same names but as far as I can make out they are not the same people. Like the two halves of any episode of any soap opera.

Did The Mother transfer? I saw The Father and The Truth in the West End, but I don't think I saw The Mother.

Given the success of his other plays I would imagine this will sell out pretty quickly.
Must admit I am impressed with his writing.

Oddly in the middle of this run, there is a separate production of this in Greek with English surtitles at the Shaw Theatre: shaw-theatre.com/index.php?id=254Two shows only. Could be curious two show day if someone wants to see both productions.
