Linzi has been announced as the new Mrs Johnstone in the 2018/19 tour of Blood Brothers! (I think a lot of people guessed) I’m really excited as I think her voice and her acting skills will shine in this part and it’s also coming to a theatre near me! I can watch it and go home and sleep in my own bed! Good times!

what u saying theatremonkey? My hair is that colour! I don't think I look hard though! I am a bit feisty though and it always seems to take people by surprise when I mouth off at them! lol. These are great pictures, can't wait to see it. I've heard nothing but outstanding praise for her!

Linzi is taking a break from Twitter. I don’t know exactly why or for how long but it may be linked to a barrage of messages she had from a very enthusiastic B.B./Linzi fan. (Not me, lol) bit of a shame because her website closed down so it was a great way to get updates on her latest jobs. Not sure how long she is contracted to blood brothers for. Hopefully get chance to ask her if I see her in B.B. soon!

Linzi is ASTONISHING as Mrs J. I mean, I don’t really have a frame of reference as I’ve only seen it once before over a decade ago with a Nolan sister, but I have never seen such amazing acting. I mean the vocals smooth as butter were guaranteed but the acting blew me away! Never seen such raw grief on stage. Just incredible

Yes, you are correct, that was one of the reasons. And no, it wasn't me either - another fan and I tried to calm down the lady a bit and she took huge offense. A good 100 tweets in less than a week aimed at Linzi and the cast, and insulting Lyn Paul along the way. The lady even thought the cast had put special references in the show especially for her. |

Will Linzi continue in Blood Brothers next year? Not been announced yet. Unless contract is confirmed early, it's usually not announced till mid- to late December. I've just heard that unfortunately she wasn't on tonight. |

My source's source (A friend of a friend who was at the show tonight) needs to go to Specsavers for new glasses and a hearing aid, as Linzi was on. It was the actress playing Linda who was off, so I think she mixed the names up. |

Yeah that was my fault. I messaged my friend to ask what she thought of Linzi’s performance and she replied that she wasn’t on but the understudy was AMAZING! She doesn’t know what Linzi looks like to be fair she was just going off the pre show announcement and got confused! Easy mistake to make. She LOVED the ‘understudy’ though and wasn’t dissapointed! 😂

I now got to see Linzi, and she was phenomenal! If she sticks with 'Blood Brothers', she could well become one of the most memorable Mrs J's ever!
