Thread title says it all, but I guess you are still confused, so thought I give a few examples.
Billy Elliot 10th Anniversary extended Finale.
Les Miserable 10th Anniversay 'Do You Hear The People Sing' in 17 languages.
Hey Mr Producer - Andrew Lloyd Webber and Stephen Sondheim - Dualing Pianos.
James Corden - 2016 Tony Awards.

Also Hey Mr Producer. Julie Andrews walking onto the stage at the beginning when we were not expecting her and getting a 10 minute standing ovation.
Burt Bacharach playing the piano and singing in the middle of Piccadilly Circus at the end of Close to you.

I was hoping this thread would have got some traction, with some great clips, that doesn't seem to be the case.
So thought I post a couple more clips and see how it goes for one last time.
Susan Boyle - On Britains Got Talent, singing I Have A Dream. This still gives me goosebumps today, as this was about just more than the song.
Cameron 70th Birthday Surprise - Half A Sixpence. Love this, for no other reason as Cameron was taken by complete surprise.
So any video clip that isn't taken from an actual shows regular performance, whether it is a award ceremony, anniversary, television publicity plug, talent contest or a special theatrical event etc.
Re- watched James Corden's Hamilton parody on the original post and forgot how hilarious it was, the New York audience roared with laughter.

From time to time I'll enjoy a watch of the Hamilton Sweeney Todd easter egg. Jeremy Jordan & Co's Cell Block Tango can raise a smile. I'm sure plenty of miscast videos would fit into this thread.

Louise Dearman and Rachel Tucker spoofing Wicked at Jest End about a year before they were both cast as the leads:
I'm sure plenty of other Jest End videos would fit the bill as well.
