Huh... Audra doesn't have her own thread? Well she has now!
I love it when YouTube gives me recommendations such as this:

I need to go to this. If its with Club11, I'd love a Meet+Greet but I'd probably embarrass myself and stutter constantly. Either way, just to be in her presence would be a huge thrill. I love Audra McDonald!

She's to play Blanche in Streetcar Named Desire in Williamstown this summer, with Bobby Cannavale as Stanley. Broadway-bound?

Great news and I'll probably go, but it's a big stretch to fill the Palladium. She has no name recognition outside of the Broadway world, which is always a lot smaller than we realise it is!

I thought about this and she does have a lovely voice but not sure I like her enough to hear a whole concert.

There was quite a bit of excitement on Twitter, whether that translates into ticket sales is something else. She's super talented so hopefully it'll sell well.

I was going to book in the pre-sale this morning but it was just too expensive - cheapest in the Grand Circle £45.00, Stalls go all the way up to £125! I'm sure there are some people who will be willing to pay that much, but having no seats for £30 or under is disappointing.

There wasn’t much choice of seats in the pre sale either!

She won't sell out the Palladium, no one outside of the theatre bubble knows who she is. Definitely hold out for deals.

I had a look at the prices this morning and decided that either there'll be deals later and I'll see her, or there won't and I'll miss the concert.

Seems to have sold well so far. Can’t see them rushing to bring forward any deals.

Never believe what seating plans say when it comes to availability, they probably haven't put it all on sale yet to create demand. Looking at the plan, some rows are all empty while others are full, natural booking patterns wouldn't be like that. She probably is selling, but I doubt it's as much as it looks at the moment.

Does anyone know where to find the best deal for her concert? Todaytix has £20 seats in the grand circle but I know their deals are often found elsewhere potentially cheaper so is anyone aware of where I might find them or is that the best there is right now?

Well, she was brilliant but who would have ever thought otherwise. And she got me teary at the end with Home because that song always manages to make me emotional even though I'm not even a big fan of The Wiz. I wonder how the film will be distributed.

What was the set list, running time etc. I ended up missing this one but was desperate to go!

There’s a new version of The Wiz? Oh no I meant the film of the concert, she just closed it out with Home.
